They set my hearing aids so that I could hear well in church, in restaurants, watching TV, and seeing musical at the Peace Center. I no longer irritate everyone with my level of volume. I have an inner ear progressive disease, so I basically went clinically deaf at a young age. So, throughout my lifetime, I've had many hearing aid specialists, audiologists, etc. Therefore, I can confidently say that Dr. Jackson, it's like no other. If you want somebody who really cares about you, instead of having someone who's just pushing the next, greatest, and more expensive hearing aids, you should definitely make an appointment.

I made the appointment during business hours, yet they used a call center to take the appointment. The call center told me about the 90-minute test as well as the audiologist so the call center has no clue what is going on. They did not tell me they were a call center and it was assumed they were operating out of the same office but they aren't even in this state. I wasted a good part of my afternoon and drove across town for no reason at all. If they can't even answer their phones during business hours for inquiries then I'd say they shouldn't even be in business.

Steer Clear - High-Pressure Sales & Overpriced Hearing Aids…read more I was referred to HHC by my PCP for a hearing test due to some minor high-frequency hearing loss. While the staff was courteous, the experience quickly turned into a high-pressure sales pitch -- more like a car dealership than a healthcare provider. Multiple people pushed for the sale, gave little time to consider options, and hyped the product nonstop. Before I knew it, I walked out with a $7,000 pair of Starkey RIC hearing aids. Problems started immediately. The first pair emitted a loud squeal -- twice -- loud enough that my spouse heard it from 20 feet away. They replaced them, but by then, my trust in the product and the process was gone. I returned them. Then came the kicker: they charged a $350 per-ear restocking fee -- $700 gone, just like that. No trial period, no grace, no flexibility. Many reputable providers offer free trials and return policies without restocking fees. Not here. To make matters worse, a Starkey manufacturer rep claimed the pair I received normally retails for $10,000 -- which simply isn't true. You can find the same or better tech elsewhere for thousands less. Bottom line: I won't go back, and I can't recommend Starkey or HHC. There are far better options out there -- more transparent, more patient-focused, and more reasonably priced.

I finally heard from them on December 1 regarding an appointment. We by the I am so ready for a new PCP, had set an urgent care appointment. I am no so numbed by these people and their attitudes. The young lady that called yesterday was a little irritated because I was irritated that she would be calling me after so long. It was not her fault but come on. This is beyond poor care, and for seniors, this is scary. Somehow they managed to screw up my personal information, my emergency contact information. Note to whomever runs the humble clinic, my recent care deserves a 0. This place should be closed and every employee reevaluated and examined for a CARE pulse. No way I would ever go to Humanas insurance unless God instructed me to.
