I'm writing this review out of genuine concern, not anger…read more I recently tried to help my grandmother access psychiatric care through iTrust Wellness. She is an older adult currently dealing with serious mental health challenges, including paranoia about her personal information being accessed online. She is also not tech-savvy and is in no condition to navigate online forms or self-referral systems on her own. I called simply to schedule an appointment for her. I was not asking for medical information, diagnoses, or records. I was told--repeatedly--that due to HIPAA, I could not schedule the appointment and that everything had to be done online through a self-referral form. This was extremely distressing, given her condition. What was most concerning is that even after her primary care physician's office called directly, the response was the same: go online, fill out the form. There was no attempt to problem-solve, offer accommodations, or meet her where she is. This left me wondering: how many elderly or vulnerable patients are unable to get care simply because they can't use the internet or are afraid to? Mental health care should be accessible, especially for seniors. Compassion and flexibility matter just as much as policies. Unfortunately, this experience felt rigid and impersonal at a time when care and understanding were desperately needed. I truly hope iTrust Wellness reconsiders how it supports older adults and families trying to help them.

They had nearly a zero wait time compared to "Memorial" downtown. The ER was clean, open, full of light. We didn't spend much time in the waiting room until taken back to a room. The kindness and attention to detail the nursing staff exhibited not only to my friend, but to me as well. Kept us aware of tests, wait time on results and clearly communicated path of care and offered her suggestions allowing her to make some decisions. The room she was placed in was clean and comfortable. Other than normal ER drama with a couple of patients, it was relativity a calm atmosphere. I told the nurse, I had a completely different viewpoint of Hillcrest than I had from years ago. Personally, would go there again.... renewed faith!

Lab staff was very rude and argumentative to me today. I must say this is unusual because she…read morehelped me in the past and was very professional. This time she gave me poor directions and instead of admitting she was wrong she became argumentative. The people who came behind me she corrected her mistake and gave them they instructions that she should have given me. What wrong these days with just saying I'm sorry and correcting your mistake. People just rather be argumentative. All other staff members I dealt with were outstanding.

When a prescription dosage was called in wrong the second time I knew I had to find a new Doctor. Dr. MacMillan is kind and professional and strait forward. He has done more for me in two visits than anyone has done in years! As a patient we definitely have to be our own advocate. The Communication with his office is top notch. If you were searching for a new doctor I definitely recommend Dr. MacMillian.

Terrible experience will lack of experience with her as a Doula which made me become one myself so…read morethank you for that! I never received any service from her until i asked for my money back because she hadnt done anything she said she would! She would always message me to meet up and I'll agree but she'd never follow back up with time or anything and she did this numerous times. I told her of my appointment times and dates she wrote them down but didn't come then lied and said i told her not to come because my child dad would be there. Okay first of all even if he was to be there that's no reason to not come when i told you to and i know i never said that's because his schedule at the time we never knew when he would be able to attend appointments until it was the day of. And i never talk to her on the day of any appointment she only messaged me on days it was time to pay which gave me the vibe she's just here for the money! Which one day the dad message her to see when he could pay her and Lawd behold i finally get a text to meet up at a park but then the next day came and no hear from her once again! We didnt do a birthing plan or anything then when i wanted a refund she tried to send over a bs birth plan which i never opened because we never discussed it so whatever was in there was bs she also mailed some herbs she said was included with what we had paid lol my thing is if all this was included why didn't i recieve any of this until i asked for my money back?

Had some work done... Botox, filler, chin help, and hormone pallets…read more Not only did they scam me with the pricing but I became very ill from the pellets. They were not properly inserted so I now have dents and scars on my rear end. The filler left me so bruised ans swollen. The Botox lasted a couple of weeks and was gone. When I reached out to come back in for the Botox, they wanted me to pay again. They even took pictures and saw that they didn't work. They advertise low prices but now I know why. The injections were prefilled and you don't see the viles. Very, very sketchy. I didn't do my due diligence in looking up allure. When I did after I had the issues, I realized the doctor was sued for fraud during the pandemic. Bingo!
