Thrive treatment changed my life. A year ago I was at my lowest and only a shell of the person I once was. I had lost hope and was terrified that the rest of my life I would be stuck in my addiction loop of trying to stop but never being able to do it on my own. Once I arrived at Thrive I knew within the first couple weeks that this place was special. The staff were kind and helpful. I didn't feel like just another number. I felt like everyone genuinely wanted me to be included and most importantly wanted me to succeed. It's scary to put your life "on hold" and your sobriety first, but all of the goals I set for myself in that first month , I have reached in the past year! And on May 24th reached my one year sober! Which is mind blowing Thrive showed me how to live life sober and enjoy it. They showed me how to be a good daughter, a sister, and a friend. They showed me how to look within and work through the shame I was carrying with me and come out on the other side I can truly say Thrive changed my life for the better and if you're on the fence about sobriety give this place a chance. After 20+ years in active addiction I thought I was a lost cause but they helped me build myself back up and gave me the template to build my life backup . After having a family member reside at this facility, I would like to respectfully share some concerns regarding our experience. While we appreciate the efforts of the staff and recognize the challenges involved in providing care and support, we encountered ongoing difficulties with communication throughout our family member's stay. Communication with the assigned case manager was often limited, and requests for updates regarding our loved one's progress and well-being were not always acknowledged or addressed in a timely manner. As family members, we relied on these updates to remain informed and reassured. The lack of consistent communication frequently left us uncertain about his status and concerned for his overall well-being. In addition, maintaining direct contact with our family member proved challenging at times. Multiple attempts were made to obtain information and establish communication, but responses were often delayed or unavailable. This created unnecessary stress and uncertainty for those of us who were actively involved in supporting his care and recovery. We also received feedback from our family member, as well as observations shared by other residents, indicating that some interactions with case management staff could have benefited from greater patience, attentiveness, and responsiveness. While we understand that staff members manage significant responsibilities, respectful and compassionate communication plays a critical role in fostering trust and supporting residents effectively. Equally important is the partnership between a facility and a resident's family. Families are often the primary source of emotional support, advocacy, and continuity of care for their loved ones. Maintaining open communication and working collaboratively with family members helps ensure the best possible outcomes for residents and strengthens the support system that contributes to their success. Family involvement should be viewed as an essential component of the care process rather than an afterthought. These comments are offered respectfully and constructively, with the hope that they may assist in enhancing communication practices, strengthening family engagement, and improving the overall experience for both residents and their loved ones. read more

I needed to take my life back and Thrive was highly recommended to help me begin my journey. The center claimed to have individual / personalized treatment plans followed by wonderful aftercare resources. I was frightened and sick. It was critical that I received the help that Thrive promised. Being my first time in a residential rehab I didn't know what to expect. I will say the property was beautiful and has great potential for a healing environment. Sadly, they were understaffed (especially at night) which caused me to feel uncomfortable at times. Being a woman with 13 men in the house left safety as a huge concern. As one can imagine we were all going through a difficult time and moods fluctuated. Sometimes leading to destructive behaviors. The clinicians needed additional support. I do respect and commend the employees who worked hard and truly cared about our healing process. The lead nurse and the technicians who worked in the house deserve a 5-star review. Sadly, the levels above them (Owner, Manager, Case Manger and Therapist) were behind the scenes. I never meet with the Case Manger except when my husband called terrified about my safety. Family is part of recovery, and it took multiple attempts to get the Case Manger to return his phone call. Further explaining how your care isn't personalized, the Therapist has you scroll through pre-written goals and you select from them. Made me feel more like another paying client. I personally introduced myself to the manager after a week (he was an unfamiliar face on the property). The therapies were useful. I got a lot out of meditation, yoga and group sessions. The daily addiction movies were less desirable. Participation is optional, so you get what you put into it. I tried my best to stay focused and put my recovery first. When I left Thrive, I was promised resources for long term recovery by the Therapist and Case Manager. I only received an e-mail with a Google search of information from the CM. I did make a few great connections, but I don't believe it was the right choice for my recovery. read more

I was a young woman who came here when there happened to be only older men here. Definitely a scary experience. I felt unsafe. At certain times male staff made me feel very unsafe. I was at the lowest point of my life. I also felt staff was unprofessional and threatening at times. Not a great place if you're a young woman. read more

A close friend of mine went to Thrive and it changed her life. Thrive treatment is a very supportive and informative IOP. I was in one of the sober livings that works with their service, the Last House, and found that in thrive treatment, I was helped not only to process my emotions as they came up, but also learned quite a lot about the different healthy coping mechanisms I could engage in to move forward without being self destructive. Groups with the other residents give us a chance to openly and honestly talk about our feelings and issues and learn how to work through them together. Individual sessions are hugely helpful and allow you to establish a trusting relationship with one of their very skilled therapists and create a clinical treatment plan that works for you. Overall I enjoyed my time working with thrive treatment and graduating the program was somewhat bitter sweet! read more

Thrive met my son where he was and worked to find the right mix of supports and interventions to help him create a path toward health and wellness. I am boundlessly grateful to the program and its staff. The behavioral health system needs more programs like Thrive. My husband and I struggled for years to find a therapist who could effectively help our family. It was a long, frustrating, and at times heartbreaking journey. Went to Thrive in 2016 and I am an Almuni there. Really great program that helped save my life and establish great coping skills. They helped me understand what was going on internally and how I reacted to certain situation. The staff there is great and friendly. One of the best decisions I have made was to attend this programs and to change my life. Thrive treatment was a huge asset to me in my sobriety. I will be forever grateful for the entire staff at Thrive. The facility is well furnished and in a great location that makes being there very comfortable. On top of that I felt as though the entire staff was very invested in my recovery. There are several different therapists that specialize in different aspects of recovery that really helped me in all areas of my life, especially in learning to live life as a productive and sober individual. I was finally able to grasp what was needed for me to begin to recover and after three years of failing in recovery I never thought it was going to be possible. Not only did I get the knowledge I needed to achieve long term sobriety but they also showed me how to have fun in sobriety. They took us to sporting events, we played basketball, went to museums, batting cages, and the driving range and these are just some of the things that they showed me I could have fun with in sobriety. I personally cannot put into words how big of a role thrive played in my recovery but the best way I can say it is that I now have over one year sober and have achieved a new way of living that I did not know was possible. Thrive Treatment is an amazing treatment center where true Miracles are created every day. I speak as an extremely grateful parent with a son who has transformed his life with the guidance, treatment, eminent care, tough love, consistent communication and professionalism of the Thrive staff. We have suffered and struggled for years watching the deterioration of our son due to the life destruction of Addiction. He has attended several different addiction treatment centers in various states, has experienced sobriety, but unfortunately was not able to maintain a balanced sober life. He entered Thrive Treatment Center in January 2019 at his own will. He confessed the extreme challenges of dealing with another treatment center and feeling defeated and hopeless. A month later we started to witness and marvel at our son's new sober life with clarity, calmness, Eagerness to Stay Sober, Open-minded, and very self-aware. Thrive Treatment was all it was made out to be and so much more! I attended Thrive Treatment beginning in the end of 2016 and carrying over into 2017 on a daily basis. Each and every day I was eager to attend Thrive, knowing I was at a safe place that would help transform my life and develop me into the man I always knew I could be. Thrive is filled with an incredibly caring and supportive staff, not too mention how intelligent and insightful they all are. Through the comprehensive group-therapy sessions, the one on one personalized sessions, and thorough after-care plan, I was able to discover who I was and how to become who I wanted to be; recognizing my strengths and becoming aware of my shortcomings. Furthermore, Thrive understands the importance of balanced growth. Of course, the introspection done in the therapy groups were vital, but I was also given the opportunity to take yoga classes, have barbecues, and play basketball at the park. I am filled with an overwhelming amount of gratitude towards Thrive and all of its staff for not only what they did for me, but what they helped me do for myself.
