I recently completed my 3rd mortgage transaction through Thrive Financial and it was wonderful experience. Chris and team helped me with my first mortgage back in 2017 when I purchased my property. During that time Chris and his team made it a seamless process by taking care of all my concerns and walking me through the transaction. During the time between 2017-2021 Chris always reached out to check in on me and also make sure I was up to date on current rates. Fast forward to 2021 when I wanted to buy a new home Chris was the first person I talked to. He ran all my scenarios on down payments, rates, and cash flow to help me get prepared before I even met with the realtor. With my conversations with Chris I was fully equipped with what property price point to look at and what to present to my realtor when looking for property. I switched lenders in the middle of my escrow, which most people will tell you is an extremely risky game to play. However, the honesty and integrity of Matt gave me the courage to do so. I cannot say enough about Matt and his entire company. They were true to their word from the beginning to the end. It is extremely rare to find an honest, educated and loyal loan officer but I tell you with no exaggeration, Matt fits this profile to the dotted line. He was ever so helpful throughout the entire process answering my phone calls, text messages, emails instantly (even on weekends and afterhours). First off I cannot express in words how satisfied I am with Thrive. Especially Jason, Matt, and their team. My relator Liz Noriega advised that she ONLY uses Thrive and not to have any worries, they know how to work magic. The realtor that we were purchasing our new home from stated that they only reason why the seller chose our offer (which was the same as the others) was due to the finance company Thrive. Since Thrive was able to send them over all of the necessary documents with the offer they knew we were serious. The other people who had the same offer wouldn't do the same work that Jason and Matt was doing. Long story short the escrow was set to be about 45 days. I did advise them that if escrow can close sooner that we would love to have that happen.... 21 days latter escrow was closed and we had keys to our new place. One last note. In the process of escrow we were a week away from closing. My wife lost her wallet with her credit cards. We were able to get a hold of Matt on a Sunday and they did all of the necessary steps to ensure that wouldn't effect escrow. Thrive is the only finance company that I will ever use....
