I've been coming here for years, but it's only gotten worse. First off I understand you need to protect your business and employees, but a full scan and patdown are a little extreme. The attitude of the people here is the worse. They treat you like your an inmate or other undesirable. Also, check the mass of your flower. I mostly buy flower and it's always less than what it should be. If I'm buying 3.5 grams, it should weigh 3.5, not 3.3 or 3.4g. First off I have had a bad experience with the staff there as worker there chose to interrupt me while I was talking to another customer telling me I was violating the "good neighbor" clause in my contract because I was stating that they had a great variety on the screen and it was a welcome change from my past experiences. She decided to a attitude with me and read me the riot act for not being happy and satisfied customer that forgot to check his freedom of speech upon entering. Bad enough you have to go through the humiliation of being everything short of stripped searched to get in the establishment, I think I would recommend shopping elsewhere. I never had a incident prior to this with staff as they have always been friendly, But they rarely have a stock of much a variety and normally I have to settle for what they have. Be wary buying concentrates here! This dispensary is ripping customers off!!! Recent purchases here have included ice hash (normally 40+ THCA) that was only 19% THCA. Particularly avoid the "Golden Gram" which used to be a bud dipped in hash oil and heavily dusted in kief , normally 72%+ THCA. Two days ago I bought this product and the fine print revealed THCA of 31% and inspection of the product showed a bud dipped in kief with no hash oil. If they've changed the description on the website to be less specific on a product it means the product is inferior and they are intentionally ripping you off. Compassion my ass!!!!! Patients need and depend on consistent medication for serious issues and having to make all of the effort to go there and pay top dollar for inferior product that is dubiously advertised as a once superior item is shameful. This is literally the shittiest dispensary (company, really--Wilmington and Lewes are both trash) I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. I have had my card for almost 2 years and I am absolutely disgusted with how awful the service is, and their policies are backwards as all hell. I've literally never had anything positive to say about either of them in all the time I've had my card. EVER. I purchased a vaporizer cartridge yesterday and the shit didn't work so I called them (mind you, this is the ONLY product you can return) and apparently I can't drop it off and get another one. They have to send it back to "the lab" to "make sure it's defective" as if anyone would lie about that bc it's such an inconvenience, and you have to WAIT FOR THEM TO CONFIRM that there was something wrong with it until you can get a CREDIT for it. You have to buy a new one in the meantime if you still want a cartridge. I'm absolutely FURIOUS. I live in Camden so it's a hike to get to either dispensary, which means I have to make multiple trips and burn through my damn gas all because they suck at what they do. Many of their strains remind me of mid, they sell defective products, their staff (particularly the one who answers the phone... many patients know exactly who I'm talking about) are rude, some of the cashiers don't have their cards so they're recommending or trying to describe the effects of a product they haven't tried themselves, their policies are stupid, and I'm shocked that they're even still running. Once more dispensaries open, or once the Smyrna one which is MUCH better, gets more products in, I hope FSCC gets shut down, bankrupt, or put out of business. At the end of the day? I'm damn near better off buying off the streets! If you have your card don't even waste your time--go to Columbia Care in Smyrna and save yourself the hassle. read more
