Manager wouldn't do an exchange or a refund because he "couldn't say there was anything wrong" and it was a sealed product. Even though the rubber caps were still on the cart, and it wasn't even opened more than 5 minutes ago in the parking lot. Also always super slow with like 2 maybe 3 cashiers, and they want to act like their job is difficult or sum and can't at least smile a lil more. Arrived shortly before 7pm, they close at 9pm, waited outside for 2 hours in the rain while the maybe 15 people ahead of me trickled in. At 855pm they told us we had to leave because they were closing. So the owners/managers have made the decision to reduce the discount they offer to Veterans. No other group of people have had their discount reduced. Those groups still receiving the same discount as before include: 1. Seniors 2. Those people who work in the cannibus industry. This company has chosen to only single out VETERANS. I want to be very clear. Veterans used to receive a 22% discount whereas the aforementioned groups received a 20% discount. Veterans are the only group reduced. Money is tight everywhere, but why are you singling out Veterans to balance your budget? In addition, parking can be horrible. I'm sure I lost some points when they transferred over to the new system. The staff is always high and only friendly with each other. Customer service is non existent they move like sloths. They sell old dried out product. I was in the final line with 5 people and it still took me an hour to get to the purchase area. By far thee Worse dispensary I ever been too! If you are going for recreational be sure to build 3 hrs of wait time into your schedule. Think coming early well so did half of the eastern shore so forget about being quick. Other than that it's the only option in a 30 mile radius and as you can see it pretty evident through there barrage of lines and BS. I had to drive around the block 3 or 4 times waiting for a parking space. Then had to wait outside in a long line with no shade. 30 minutes passed and the line never moved. I went there earlier today with my husband during his mid day break before going back to work the night shift at his job. We get there, and not that this is surprising but the staff had us wait outside in the 90 degree heat (yes there was a little tent but that just saved us from getting skin cancer from the sun... did nothing for the uncomfortable heat...) this should not even be legal smdh.. anyway, we get called in 3 or 4 at a time. Go in, and the (excuse my language) bitch security guard at the door asked for my husband's ID. Then assuming that she would need my ID too as we were one customer clearly together, I hand it to her... she proceeded to ask me if I made a purchase or it I was making one and I said "no my husband made the order but I'm with him" she told me I could not go in the room and pointed to a chair in the corner and told me to have a seat... I was so confused.. why would you make me wait when I am with him and it took BOTH our money to buy it and we BOTH placed the order online. I felt like a 2 year old in time out... only thing missing was the dundst cap... then she has the audacity to mutter under her breath "well buy something next time" it took so much for me to bite my tongue as i was ready and willing to put her ass in her place... yeah SARAH I'm talking about you.. other than her the rest of the staff that I saw looked miserable and so did the customers. They treat everyone like shit and I just feel bad for them. I'm going to positive energy from now on and I'll wait until another dispensary opens around here. Wow. Worst service/employees/ experience ever at a dispensary. So rude, as employees and security would watch you as you were doing something "wrong" and then begin to bark orders at you Would give it zero stars but you can't. For anyone going for the first time, you walk in and hand security your ID, they ask you medical or recreational. If you are medical you will be directed basically right to the budtenders. If you are looking to purchase recreational cannabis, you will be directed to the right where you need to check in with ANOTHER security guard, who will scan your ID again. After you place your order at a kiosk if you didn't place one online. After you place your order you will check in with the second security guard AGAIN, who will confirm your order. Then you stand in line in various rooms before FINALLY getting to the budtenders. You will NOT be able to add anything to your order at this point so be sure you have everything you need! read more

First of all I've been to numerous dispensaries all over the US, and this is by far the worst one I've been too. Not only do the they have bad customer service but the organization is atrocious. Seems like everyone wants to play "boss" and are rude and pushy. Being a licensed cultivator in the Maryland Market. Our company supplies mostly all the dispensaries in the the Maryland area. Generally being in the industry you get a small discount since they are practically selling the bud you grow. Not at this location. They do not honor industry discount and will treat you just like any other, using an excuse stating "you have to be a medical patient to receive the discount", which makes no sense considering the discount for medical and industry varies by 5% and is specifically geared to medical patients. Very frustrating considering all the Maryland dispos honor this system. To many "wanna bes" and not enough brains. read more
