The front desk was very nice and pleasant. Got called in not to long after arrival. The hygienist and doctor were very nice and informative. I went in for my routine cleaning and I my experience here was exceptional. I am glad to of found a great dentist! Considering I have a baby tooth and I am 32. I trust them to take care THAT once it falls out. I would absolutely recommend going here to a family or friend!!

Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience--and honestly, consistent with the level of…read moreservice I've experienced here over time. I scheduled a straightforward, out-of-pocket cleaning because I was preparing to leave the country and wanted to take care of it beforehand. I was very clear over the phone that I did NOT want a full exam or additional services. This is not unusual for me. I typically get my teeth cleaned 3-4 times per year--twice through insurance and additional cleanings out-of-pocket. Jill and Olivia at this office have both handled these arrangements with me in the past without any issue. In this case, the office confirmed they would reach out if anything came up. Olivia later called and confirmed the appointment date, time, and the price--$150 for a cleaning only, no exam, no dentist required. At no point was there any indication that this arrangement would not be honored. When I arrived, the hygienist refused to perform the cleaning, suddenly claiming I needed to see the dentist first--something that was never communicated at any point prior. The office manager then came out, followed by the dentist. I explained that I've had this exact type of cleaning done at this office multiple times in the past without being required to go through an exam. The dentist's response was that it had been "allowed" previously, which only highlights how inconsistent their own policies are. What makes this worse is that I have in fact been seen within the past year--specifically in March 2025, June, and September. Despite that, the dentist claimed I had not been seen in over a year. At no point did anyone take the time to properly review or verify my records before refusing service. So as an established patient, I was turned away for a basic cleaning that was clearly scheduled, confirmed, and priced in advance--based on information that appears to be incorrect and without any effort to resolve it. What's most concerning is the lack of consistency and professionalism. I received one set of clear instructions and confirmations over the phone, only to be told something completely different once I arrived. Over time, visits here have also felt increasingly transactional. Appointments often include repeated recommendations for additional products or services--whether requested or not--which creates the impression that the focus is more on selling than on providing straightforward care. In this case, instead of receiving a simple cleaning before an international trip, I was denied service altogether with no attempt to find a solution or offer any reasonable path forward. This entire situation could have been avoided with basic communication and a simple review of records. I left without being treated and will be finding a new dentist. I would not recommend this office to anyone expecting clear communication, consistency, or a genuinely patient-focused experience.

An original dentist suggested that the tooth may be saved, but he was not trained to perform endodontics procedures. He made the x-ray images and was ready to send them to the Princeton Endodontics office. The images showed that one of the three tooth's roots decayed, but other two are still healthy. The question was if the specialized in the endodontist dentist may perform root canal actions to save the natural tooth. The Mara Levinson's answer was no; she could not do it. However, she packed the refusal in the pseudo-scientific suit by performing unnecessary 3D imaging instead of requesting x-ray images from the original dentist. It is understandable her desire to reimburse spent on such expensive equipment money in the addition to astronomical real-estate office rent. However, it is perfectly clear the office with so small stream of patients could not afford it. The office shortage of middle medical and clerical staff is the proof of it. Ergo, the overcharging desperate patients is the only way to keep the business afloat and potential patients should be aware of it.

My primary dentist sent me to an endodontist to treat the problem which they felt was a root canal. But the endodontist said that after reviewing a full set of x-rays on the area in question said there was no problem that a root canal would solve. He referred me to a different endodontist for a second opinion who had the same conclusion. However, he routed me to a different endodontist who agreed to do the root canal but warned me that he wasn't sure that it would relieve me of the constant pain I was having. Fortunately, someone suggested Dr Panzarino to me and I went to see him prior to going to have the root canal. Dr. Panzarino also said that I did not need a root canal and suggested that my problem could be neurological not dental and that I should see a neurologist before getting any dental work done. I followed his advice, and he was 100% correct. A neurologist solved my problem, Dr Panzarino saved me from unnecessary and unsuccessful dental work and who knows how many more months of pain and uncertainty. I am so thankful that after going through 5 members of the dental profession, always getting the wrong answer, Dr Panzarino was there for me.

The nitrous oxide (laughing gas) made it a lot of fun I mean where else can you get a medically monitored high with no guilt (I'm just joking of course it was used on me for anxiety obviously)? The nitrous oxide AKA NO2 is $75option and they will try and put it through on your insurance. How could they charge so much you ask, because it feels awesome and everyone knows it (better than weed by far in my opinion), plus it makes a miserable procedure go from virtually unbearable to virtually unnoticeable. As far as the professionalism of the office they get top marks. With regards to the doctor that I saw whose name is escaping me right now, he's all business and really knows root canal. They're not just dentists their endodontist which is kind of like a dentist "on steroids" (I hate that expression, I couldn't think of anything better at the moment). Believe it or not the dentist that sent me there "didn't feel comfortable doing root canal it on the molars", I found that kind of strange because I went to a professional, a dentist(!). Apparently this is pretty normal and this is why Endodontists exist. In fact given the skill level I would say go to an endodontist for any root canal, period. The last time I had root canal it was by a regular dentist and you could tell with certain parts of it he was having some issues. So far the tooth is fine, roughly a year later, but you can definitely tell that the extra three years of schooling (fellowship) that the specialists/Endodontists go through teall

WARNING: This office had poor hygiene practices, a VERY dismissive Dr., & I'd read this review…read morecarefully before deciding whether to see this physician or go to this office. I had a deeply disappointing experience with Dr. Zohn & I feel compelled to share it. I don't care how experienced he is or that he's about 80; although I wish I had known that before my visit, as frankly, at his age, if he can't treat patients with the care they deserve, maybe it's time to retire!! I'm a cancer patient & came in for a follow-up after a procedure. After waiting about 30 minutes, I politely asked if the staff could wash their hands before examining me. Instead of addressing my concern, Dr. Zohn LITERALLY walked out & sent a staff member to place cotton in my mouth. After she finished, she said I was done & could leave. I was stunned. And not in a good way. I asked if Dr. Zohn could come back & examine my tooth? After all, that is why I went to the trouble of going to his office for my visit, & I still had concerns & have some discomfort. The young gal staff member incredulously goes next-door & in ear-shot, says that I "insist" on him seeing me. First of all, I never used those words! 2nd of all to say I "insist on a doctor seeing me" is kind of a farce, given that's the whole point of my appt! I went for a follow-up. Why should I have to even ask that the dr look at my teeth?! Geesh. Reality really is more absurd than fiction. It gets worse. He makes me wait about another hr, & I didn't leave his office for about 11/2 hrs. Meanwhile, a mom in the wait area explains how he convinced her daughter to undergo a 2nd procedure while I was left waiting. His prioritization of other patients over my needs felt EXTREMELY dismissive. Finally, Dr. Zohn came out & asked, "What can I do for you?" despite this being my follow-up appt. I wanted him to assess how my mouth was healing, but he seemed oblivious, suggesting I should come back in a month for a follow-up, but this WAS my one month follow-up!! I gently explained this (at this point I should've gotten an award for having the patience of a saint!) so when he finally did come back he touched my tooth for a millisecond, & if he spent 20 seconds with me, up to a full minute, there's no reason he couldn't do so prior to his surgeries. FYI, I did have a 2 PM appt. So why should I have to wait for over an hr to an hour & a half?! Oh, yeah, surgeries bring $'s Worse, I don't believe he even changed his gloves from the previous procedure before briefly touching my tooth & declaring it fine. I know this because he came out of the operating room w the gloves on, had no inclination or thought that he was going to bring me back to another exam room, until I asked him to do so, & even suggested I come back in another month. So he reluctantly went back with me to the exam room & I strongly believe he still had the same gloves on, & this after I already explained how I had cancer & hoped he would take safeguards like washing hands before touching me!! Being dismissive is bad enough. Making me wait an hour & a half is another thing. But if you don't change your gloves and/or wash hands between patients, ANY patient, but especially one with an immuno-compromised system, this is a Dr who should no longer be practicing medicine, regardless of lifetime skill!!! That is just negligence. I don't know the legal definition but generally speaking, it is negligent behavior. I don't know the skill of any of his colleague physicians, but this reflects badly on the whole office. I even suggested to the office manager that if Dr. Zohn not comfortable with follow-ups, maybe he should ask one of his colleagues to do that on his behalf. She said that the physicians don't do that. OK. Well this doctor didn't do his due diligence; hence posting this review warning others. Again, he may be skilled. I will acknowledge that my pain level has decreased significantly since the procedure but in itself, that is insufficient. I needed this person to treat me like a human, and actually check on my mouth in a timely and good & hygienic manner. It's great that he was using Hebrew/Yiddish terms with who I believe to be his Orthodox patient. I too am Jewish, so I almost felt like I should say that to him because they were getting absolute preferred treatment. (I am not Orthodox, however). But all patients should be treated the same regardless of their religious proclivities. As a patient who had kept every appt, paid on time, in full, and even brought him a thank-you gift, I expected better treatment. The lack of awareness regarding hygiene protocols in this day and age is EXTREMELY alarming, especially with viruses circulating. Overall, the care I received was unacceptable. The way a physician treats their patients matters, and dismissiveness can overshadow even the best skills. I hope my experience can save someone else from a similar fate. If you're considering this office, proceed with caution
