We had an appointment scheduled, and I discovered that she dropped me as a client without any notification. No email or message to explain why. I contacted Rula (the company that set us up), and was told in an email, "According to their note, the decision was based on a mismatch in specialization, and they recommended a rematch to ensure you receive the best possible care." If she was so concerned about my care, she should've sent me a message telling me that she was dropping me as a client, why she was doing so, and wishing me luck. Ghosting me the way she did was very unprofessional and hurtful.
