On February 6th 2021 after many text and conversations with Mark My wife and I decided to take the…read more6hr flight from North Hollywood California to Billings Montana feeling some what nervous But determined to come back with my 2016 Ford F-150 Lariat Sport Edition, buying online can be somewhat nerve wrecking specially on BIG BIG purchases but I have to say Mark made me feel like family he was Not pushy, he was polite, caring and most importantly HONEST, he made the deal go smooth and fast, my wife and I where literally in and out within one hour or so, Mark and Melissa had everything ready for as soon as we walked in the door Melissa greeted my wife and I she said " we've been waiting for you guys come on in " then she asked about our flight and seemed very happy to have us there, Mark then took us outside to show us the truck although due to the snow storm we couldn't inspect the truck In detail let alone test drive it, so we literally took his word for it, my wife and I are from California we don't have much snow nor rain so we didn't want to do any "crazy" test driving to put the truck to the test we just went a head and took Mark's word for it not long after we signed the paper work and took off to Cali, but Before we took off Mark gave us a 101 on driving in the snow and he even kept checking up on us to make sure we where okay . Their employees don't tell you vital…read moreinformation, like the time you pick up the truck is the same time u have to drop it off at. I set my time on it as a 5pm drop off when i did the pre-rental equipment verification and they said no it was supposed to be 10AM and tried to charge me an extra $33! Not only was the truck filthy(floor was like a gravel pit with pick flossers all over the floor) when i picked it up but i cleaned it and they had the nerve to charge me a $50 cleaning fee too! That fee should run on the person before me and they should have cleaned the truck up before they rent it out somebody else. I was taking gravel out of my shoes for days! Also, their communication skills are nonexistent. One time when I was on the phone with them I asked them a question and didn't hear them typing or hear them say OK let me look it up or anything. it just went dead silence so I asked again and they said hold on (very impatiently annoyed sounding and rude) I'm looking at it. Well I'm on the phone I can't see that you're looking at you've got to say something! They're just playing a bunch of idiots and they look forward to screwing people over. I will NEVER use their service again and I do not recommend them to anyone. I've never met a morr incompetent group of people under 1 roof and i stayed at the shelter last year!

They said they only have one minivan to rent and it was out on another rental and they didn't know when it would be back. They told me to find go to another rental car company. They promised to refund all my money but didn't. I had to submit a dispute with AMEX to get my money back. As far as I can tell, this is local franchise is a poorly run business. Never again!

The staff was friendly and helpful, the service was speedy, and everything went smoothly While waiting for my luggage at baggage claim I walked over and picked up my rental keys. The individual was efficient, pleasant, and thorough. I was done before bags even started coming out. The lot was very close to the arrivals door of the airport, and this location is crazy close to downtown Billings (like 5min away) I received a text message from Enterprise after picking up my car just checking in with me. This was helpful because I had a question about the return process, a this was a direct line to the front desk at the airport location. They promptly responded and addressed my question While returning the car, the attendant was one of the most friendly staff members I had ever spoken to. Again, they were efficient, helpful, and they made me feel valued The only confusing part was that there was a sign when you get in the queue for Enterprise, but the sign said like National and another car company (not Enterprise). I was told that anyone at any of the rental car company desks would be able to help. Similarly, at drop off, you can park in any of the rental car spaces, not just Enterprise Some tips: Remember you can text them if you have any questions. Also, there's a gas station in downtown Billings that's only a couple minutes from the airport Cheers!!

They did this because my friends did not have a credit card. When they booked, no one said they needed one. I asked about every option i could think of to resolve it. All 'No's. Called corperate. They said i could rent it in my name, with my card, and then put them as drivers. Went back inside and the reservation was cancelled and they overbooked. Not cool.

Conveniently located in the Billings airport, and cars are on site, which is nice. Had some issues…read morew/ my reservation -- counter had only one attendant, and served both Thrifty and Dollar, so took longer than expected to check in. Also, rate was higher than was initially quoted online (daily rate was same, but taxes were higher); also, they couldn't find my reservation or my Dollar Express membership, even though I booked directly on Dollar's website and had print-outs of both. Mostly a 3-star experience, but I'll bump it up to 4 stars, because the attendant, Lea, was really sweet, and they upgraded me to a minivan, which was cool.

The check in attendant was not at the desk, she was hiding in the back room. I had to call the…read morenumber on the front desk for the manager (who was out washing cars) to tell her I was there to pick up my rental, at which point the attendant heard me and came out front. They tried to charge us extra than the online price because I'm under 25. The manager was defensive about this policy and told us "that's what everyone's policy is because you're a high risk driver". First off, the attendant should have known why we were being charged more and informed me why. She was not going to mention the price increase but thankfully I questioned it. And secondly, there was no reason for the manager to be defensive about this. I was simply asking why the price was more than anticipated. I then asked if my mom drive, if the rental would be the online price. Instead of simply switching us out, the manager told me it would be more, because then we would have to pay an additional driver fee. The employees should have worked with us to meet our needs as customers. Instead I had to keep asking about alternative options. The manager repeatedly told me only my mom was allowed to drive the car, because that's what we paid for. This could have been told simply once, but instead she had to speak down to me. We were given no information for the return procedures. When I went inside to ask the desk attendant (same as the day of pick up) she was on her phone. If you're going to pay an employee to be at the counter all night, they should be doing work. The return and drop off process was longer than it needed to be. I cannot imagine renting from this company in a larger airport. The "Maintenance Required" light was on almost all of our drive out, and all of our way back. I could have called, but we did not have time to come back for a new car, or to stop and trade it out. We were on a tight schedule for job interviews. Rental cars need to be ready in every aspect when they are picked up, it's more than a clean interior. And finally, the car did not have cruise control. Does Dollar purposefully buy cars without it to save them money? The car we had was a 2016 model and it was not equipped with cruise control. I didn't think they made cars without it passed 1990. We drove over 700 miles both ways without cruise control. Although it was annoying, the cruise control issue was minor in the scheme of things. We probably won't rent from the company again. Your prices are barley comparable to your competitors, and your customer service cannot measure up at all.
