He still had the cash in his hands when he rung me up (this is where I think he steals it) Twenty dollars paid in cash for gas and when I went to the pump the gas was already pumped. When I went back to get it reset so I could get my gas I was told no you already got your gas. I was brought back to the managers office and we looked at the cameras for twenty minutes while I was having a panic attack and in tears. I was given every excuse under the sun that it's my gas meter and that I was there long enough to get my gas. I have been since trying to get ahold of upper management. A manger from another location called, but was already told the story and was partial to the other manager. Nothing was resolved and as of now still waiting to hear from someone. The other store manager will not give me the number he is calling to call corporate.

In that case just advertise you close at 9:30pm So you can be off before 10pm. People need to get gas to get home and just because you want to go home early doesn't mean you shut down early. I called in this Arco and received a nice woman on the line who confirmed that the gas pumps were still open! Arriving in, the woman was very helpful and sweet even though she was working alone! The pump is covered with 100 informational stickers, advertisements, logos and QR codes, but no useful sign of whether payment was registered. Then, click, click, click.. one of those pumps that won't keep the fuel flowing. Guess it saved me money?
