I'm a single woman homeowner and the service at Eastwood Hardware is invaluable to me! As soon as…read moreI walk in, there is always someone to listen to the repair problem I have, takes me to the section that has what I need. I never get that service at a big box store. Eastwood's prices are comparable and the products are better, in my opinion. I will always go there first!! Great store.

This is a small hardware store, located in a small plaza with a Giant Eagle, a pizza place, a…read moreChinese restaurant, a jewelry store, and a few other places that come and go. This location used to be a dollar store. I was heading out to the grocery store the other day and needed just a few items for our new house. It could have waiting, but I figured I'd give this hardware store a try, since I was right there. I was looking for three things: numbers for our mailbox, a silver light switch cover (we were one short), and a plastic piece to go over a vent. Surprisingly, I found all three at this little gem. The only downside is that the switch covers only came in brown, cream, and white...no silver for a double switch. No worries. Since they were something like $1.39, I bought one for the time being until the next time I head out to Lowe's or Home Depot. On the down side...unfortunately, I don't think this place will get much business. It's in a bad location and really just can't compete with the bigger box stores. However, I hope it sticks around. The employees were more than helpful and I got a great big smile from the cashier. The prices are obviously a little more expensive than a bigger store, but they were not outrageous. For me, it was worth it to just have to drive a few miles down the road.

We ended up taking it to a guy we found on Facebook called Milich Small equipment repair in new Alexandria. He had it running and working for less than $20. We ended up giving him $100 tip because he wouldn't take anything for service. I do not recommend Fletcher. There are a bunch of crooks and they don't know what they're doing. The only reason we ever went to them was because they did one of our push mowers. And they told us that it was fixed they had to put a new carburetor on. Which somehow cost more than a lawnmower. So if you need repairs done, I will go to milich small equipment repair. he charges a flat rate of $50 for a service or less if it's something small. Any charges you when he get charged for the park. So if the park cost $20 to him he charged you $20 nothing extra like Fletcher. The carburetor that they put on our lawnmower, ended up dying like two years later. When Dan put on the new carburetor on our push mower, it cost the same amount. And he told us that it was a Chinese version that they put on that's why I didn't last that long but they charged us $300 for the carburetor.

I will drive a hour from my house, then to ever return there .this was the third and final straw for me . Will never spend a dime there again , jaded to be great when the whole family was there. Not the case now , everyone I talked too says the same thing. Is there a negative star option here ?

It has a big selection of tools, casual clothing, pet supplies, lawn mowers, snow blowers with reasonable prices. My husband has returned to his roots with small farming activities and this is one of our regular places to shop. We find that sales staff is accommodating and knowledgeable. Bonus- On certain weekends, there is a vet on the premises for pet clinics.

i was an employee of this tractor supply. originally from the blairsville tractor supply. i left…read morethe murrysville tractor supply about 2 or 3 weeks ago. i am not a disgruntled ex employee, but i do need to warn other for the behaviors of this store. i was one of the interim team lead until new management came into the store which would have been chelsea and ryan. first week chelsea was there she was off more than she was working. whether it be she was sick or her child was sick etc. she always left early or came in late.. there was a time i wasnt scheduled to work until 2 pm and ryan the assistant store manager left at 1:30 . no one of the management team communicated that he was leaving early. so there was no manager on the floor for a half hour until i arrived to the store. same day ryan took the nightlock keys with him that had the sidewalk keys on it. i had to cut a lock off an item that was outside. i called ryan to let him know he took the keys he responded with "im well aware of that" ... then proceeded to tell me to turn the customer away. no communication to let me know he took the keys and chelsea had also known he had the keys. he did not return them back to the store until 6-7 pm that night. there was a night i was working with chelsea she wasnt supposed to leave until 6 pm. it was a day during the week our ac was broke. it was 90 degrees in that store and being 4 months pregnant while having asthma is not a good combination. chelsea was leaving early and i notified her before she left i was having an asthma attack... she still left the store and i spent rest of the shift barely able to breath and had to sit down for most of it. during that same week customers were complaining about how hot it was in the store. i was standing near chelsea and she would use my medical condition (me being pregnant) as a conversation starter. telling customers that i am pregnant and i need the ac. to me that is not her place to give out my personal information to customers especially when you couldnt tell i was even pregnant. i was supposed to open the store sunday july 21st . unfortunately my dog had an emergency saturday the 20th. we went to the emergency vet stayed there until 2 am in the morning. ended up having to euthanize my dog. i notified chelsea at 11 pm that saturday night about what was going on and that i couldnt make it in the next morning. she tried forcing me to go in. i even told her mentally i was not right to go in . tractor supply is all about priding themselves on connecting with the customer over pets and dogs. until it is their own employee having an emergency and then it is well too bad figure it out. that was my last straw after being forced to stay in that store when i was supposed to leave that store when the other interim managers were pulled out. there was no communication with me that i was going to have to stay until inventory july 8th. july 8th came and gone which then i was asked if i would be willing to stay longer. i said yes until end of july. week of july 14th i met chelsea in the office and asked her when my last day working in this store would be? she responded with "i said end of the month didnt i" after the dog incident i messaged my store manager jess from blairsville to notify her with screenshots of me and chelsea message about what had happened and i terminated my employment with them. i went the 21st to murrysville to turn in my keys after dropping my dog off at a crematory and i heard that chelsea was telling everyone that i had quit because me and her got into it. which is not true. i was very professional in my messages and as a store manager if one of her other managers can not make it in she is obligated to go in. or have ryan the assistant manager go in. being a manager or fulltime you have to have full availability, but ryan refused to work sundays and chelsea refused to work tuesdays because of her son. chelsea was also cutting everyones hours to force them to quit the store because there was employees there she did not like. chelsea also never had the schedule released. its supposed to be out 2 weeks in advanced she wouldnt release the next week schedule until days before it would start. after releasing the schedule she would change it without asking the employees if they were available. and wouldnt notify them of the change. multiple times i had employees come in that were supposed to work but the previous night chelsea had changed the schedule and no one knew until the next day . it shown they werent working. not a good management team at all. i do not advise anyone to work there. like i have said i do have all the proof and screenshots of just about every conversation and pictures of the way things were ran in this store.
