Parking is easy and free, with a large lot right outside. Staff was okay overall--nothing particularly memorable--though I did overhear a comment among them about being glad the store was closing soon, which wasn't the most welcoming vibe. The biggest downside for me is the policy: there are no fitting rooms, and all sales are final. No exchanges or returns at all, which makes shopping a bit risky, especially for clothing. Some nice sales going on when I visited, spending on the label colours. That said, if you enjoy digging through a huge inventory and don't mind taking a chance on sizing, or try clothes over your own, it's still worth a visit. Maybe wear a pair of leggings and a bodysuit on your visit :)

We went in there with a very small budget and ended up coming out with a whole lot more than we expected. I just realized today that 3 of my current favorite clothing items were from this shop! I literally get complimented right and left on one of the dresses that I got there, and I think I only paid $4 for it. And my kid's favorite wedge sandals, which are another one of our current favorite items that I now definitely want to steal, were only $8, in perfect condition, and so pretty and comfortable. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful and welcoming. And it's nice to know that some of the proceeds go towards a good cause as well. 10/10, highly recommend!! We'll definitely come again.

She managed to reply to my FB comment asking about copper Bundt pans, remember me when I came in and walked up to her and asked about the pans, find me in the store later and said "the owner of the booth is in the store and would be willing to offer you a discount on her pans." These weren't worn-out items. Many pieces were either unworn or in excellent condition. They called us back and said they decided not to take anything due to the "condition." Three full bags. All rejected. It was honestly a huge waste of time -- especially when you take the effort to carefully select higher-end, on-trend brands. Out of curiosity, we brought the exact same bags to Plato's Closet beforehand. They offered us over $200 for everything. So clearly, the "condition" wasn't the issue. Safe to say we'll be taking our business to Plato's Closet from now on. If you value your time and have quality brands, you might want to consider doing the same.
