I was turned away by all except for Natalie who graciously accepted to make the cake despite being booked out until next year! She delivered the cake complete with an Eiffel Tower topper. Not only was it beautiful, it was delicious too! I've had plenty of fondant decorated cakes that are hard on the outside and dry on the inside but not this one! Not only did it look like a masterpiece, it was easy to slice into and deliciously moist on the inside. I am so appreciative to her for making such a beautiful cake on such short notice. I highly recommend using her for all of your cake needs.
