My main instructors are Nadia, Faith, Jillian and Layne. All of them are amazing in their own way. Nadia was the instructor for my first Pilates class ever and she couldn't have done a better job at making me feel welcome in class. Being a guy coming into a Pilates studio full of women it was a bit intimidating. But the second I said hello, Nadia and all the other clients made me feel instantly welcome. I attended my first Art of Breathwork retreat about 4 years ago and have kept up the practice. The retreats are such an important refresher, taking me deeper and deeper into this powerful practice. As usual, the food was delicious, the room so comfortable, and the environment peaceful. I especially enjoyed quiet walks along the new trails they have created around the property, picking ripe persimmons from the tree, and walking meditation around the labyrinth--made out of lavender bushes! I also appreciated Deepak's wisdom. I am so grateful to have found Vedanta.

Carol is very attentive and focused on providing clear instruction on each posture. Walk-ins are welcome and I have enjoyed meeting people who happened to be in town and dropped in for a session.
