I cannot say enough good things about 3 Rivers Endodontics and the incredible care they have provided for my daughter. Since April 3, my daughter has undergone seven root canals, which is something no parent or child ever expects to face. Through it all, Dr. Palya has been absolutely amazing. Her compassion, patience, and truly unmatched chairside manner made an overwhelming situation so much more manageable. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, checks in often, and genuinely cares about her patients--not just their treatment, but their comfort and well-being. You can tell she treats every patient like they're her own family. Even during a time when Dr. Palya was out of state at a conference, the level of care never skipped a beat. Dr. Zang stepped in during an emergency and completed 2 of the 7 procedures with the same professionalism, kindness, and skill. Knowing that there is such a strong, supportive team in place gave us so much peace of mind. I also want to recognize Diane at the front desk and all of the hygienists--they were absolutely amazing. From the moment we walked in, Diane was welcoming, helpful, and on top of everything, making scheduling and check-ins seamless. The hygienists were gentle, reassuring, and so attentive, always making sure my daughter was comfortable every step of the way. The entire team at 3 Rivers Endodontics is welcoming, organized, and truly compassionate. They made a difficult experience so much easier for both of us. If you or your child ever need endodontic care, I wholeheartedly recommend 3 Rivers Endodontics. Their expertise, kindness, and dedication truly set them apart. read more

I started with an appt for an eval 30 days out, I had a bubble on my gums for 3 1/2 months that my regular dentist tried endlessly to resolve without being able to find the root of the problem before referring me here. I had no pain, just a persistent bubble on my gums so the wait was not an issue. Suddenly, after all that time, I had pain this weekend pulsating through my gums and into my sinus cavity. Monday morning I called hoping for a cancellation and they got me in the next day at 2 pm! I was greeted by Carly, whom was so kind and gentle. She took my x-rays as carefully as possible to try not to cause pain. She told me everything she was doing, step by step and was just so thorough and sweet. Dr. Madoori then came in and introduced herself and was the sweetest dental professional I've ever been to. She explained to me what the issue was and that I would need a root canal. My previous root canal was very intense and lasted 4 hours (at my regular dentist). From start to finish (X-rays, to consult, to root canal, to filling) it took 62 minutes! To top it off, Dr. Madoori was so gentle, I barely even felt the normal pinch from the novocaine shots. I didn't feel a single thing! No pain, no pressure, no tugging. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Dr. Madoori checked on me constantly and walked me through each step before she moved on. To top it off, the bubble on my gums is now a flat circle, no longer a huge bump after less than 24 hours! I will recommend this office to everyone I know! read more

My dentist referred me to 3 Rivers Endodontics to be assessed to see if I may need a root canal. They were extremely pleasant on the phone while scheduling, as well as every time after the initial call. They got me scheduled about a month out, but offered to place me on the cancellation list which was great because I was able to be seen so much sooner. When I went, I was assuming they would only be assessing me and if I needed the procedure that I would need to schedule another appointment and that wasn't the case. They assessed and did my root canal all during the same appointment which was so convenient because of the amount of pain I was having and because it was about a 35-40 minute drive from where I live. Dr. Sharma and her assistant, Rebeka, were FANTASTIC! They were both very informative, talked me through everything and were very reassuring as they could tell I was a little nervous. The procedure went very well. The following day, I received a follow up call to check and see how everything was feeling. I would highly recommend 3 Rivers Endodontics 100 times over and very much appreciate the care that they give their patients. Thanks so much! read more

I had an appointment with Dr. Salil Kawatra at Three Rivers Endodontics in Moon Township yesterday for a root canal. It was my second experience with this practice. A root canal is not something you look forward to...but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. The online registration was very simple and efficient. I liked the documentation of expected charges upfront. The practice was very clean and high tech using 3D x-rays to plan the route. Dr. Kawatra was very kind and gentle. He and his dental assistant explained the process in simple terms and answered all of my questions. Except for the novocaine shots (Ouch!), the entire procedure was totally painless and over in less than 60 minutes door to door. I took two Advil before the novocaine wore off and have only minimal discomfort afterward. I can strongly recommend Dr. Kawatra and Three Rivers Endodontics to anyone in need of similar dental surgery. Dr Robert Fusco read more

I had 2 root canals done at your Zelienople office. The facility was modern and very clean. Savanah the dental assistant was excellent. Her and Dr Braga worked very well together. Words can't explain the treatment I received under Dr Braga care. She explained everything that she was doing to me and put me at ease. Before I realized it both root canals were done with little to no pain!! Hopefully I'm done with anymore root canals but if I do need another one Dr Braga is the one I'm going back to, She's amazing at her job and has a wonderful personality to go with it!! I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs root canal work done. You won't be disappointed. 5 plus stars in my book!! Thank you again Dr Braga for giving me a pleasant experience. read more

I have had some horrible unexpected and painful dental issues resulting in two second root canals and a few rounds of antibiotics. Dr. Zhang was absolutely incredible. Very kind, great listener and impeccable skill; was very thorough double checking work with x-rays. She assured me that we would figure this out. She was sure to work with my insurance and to make sure that I felt well. She squeezed me in to schedules when a problem arose. I cannot say enough about the care I was given. All of the assistants were good as well and Dr. Zhang seemed to have good relationships with all of them. Thank you so much for your stellar care! I highly recommend !! read more

First time visit today 10/21/24. Dr. Craven and his assistant Madison. Parking is off street, covered, and easy to find. Check in/out staff were friendly. Madison was polite and walked me through the x-rays and early visit. Dr. Craven was excellent. Really nice guy and explained everything. I enjoyed the music they played and the fact he was singing along at times. Made me feel relaxed throughout the process. Pain control was excellent. The work Dr. Craven did was top notch. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend. Good luck with the interviews Madison! read more

This office was outstanding. Every member of staff I encountered were so friendly and kind. I was given some relatively bad news and felt they handled me with such care and genuine concern and empathy. Dr. Craven was wonderful, he took the time to explain my situation, show me the CT scans, explained my options as well as referring me to an oral surgeon then gave me recommendations for a great coffee house after my early morning appointment. I needed the caffeine lol. I highly recommend coming here. Wish I had come sooner. read more

Three Rivers Endodontics did an incredible job with my root canal revision. The entire staff at their shadyside location is extremely courteous and professional. Amanda at the front desk is very kind and even went the extra mile to verify that my insurance was in-network with them. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly. Kendra was very funny and easy to talk to while assisting the doctors. Dr Palya is extremely knowledgeable, skilled, and meticulous in her work. I would highly recommend this specific office! read more

I think most people have commented how amazing the staff is here, but I want to thank Dr. Palya and her assistant Zoe for taking good care of me yesterday. I was terrified of a root canal because I had never had one before, but it really is just like a long, drawn out cavity filling. Dr. Palya and Zoe were very kind, entertaining at times, and both have a lovely singing voice. I hope I never have another need for an endodontist, but if I did, it would definitely be with them! read more

Great place to go for a root canal!. In addition to xrays before and after, they did a CT scan that clearly showed an infection. Dr Feurer was great. Very relaxed and engaging but very professional. He drilled through a gold crown with the intent of preserving it for restoration by my dentist, rather than requiring replacement. He showed me before and after xrays which clearly showed how the roots were successfully treated. An easy 5 stars for the work he did. read more

The total experience was painless. The and the staff was very professional and compassionate. I'm claustrophobic and it made things a little tougher, but they were able to work with me and get the root canal completed. I really appreciated the time taken and compassion. Dr Sharma did a great job. I also appreciated all of the help and answering of my questions that Kieko took the time to answer. Thank you for a wonderful experience. read more

Absolutely the best experience at any "medical facility " I have had for a very long time! From the moment I was greeted at the front desk, to her assistant to the endodontist herself, everyone was polite, personable, professional and efficient! I never expected my cracked tooth would have been diagnosed and treated at the same appointment. I highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of specialized dental care. Thank you! read more

My husband had a root canal for a very serious infection performed by Dr Sharma and her assistant at the Moon Township office. He said they should be be called Angel Fingers 1 and Angel Fingers 2 for the superb care they provided my husband during his root canal. Front office staff for scheduling and payment were great too. If I ever need another root canal, I'm coming here and getting an appointment with Dr. Sharma read more

I never anticipated writing a positive review for a root canal, but... it was infinitely better than what I was expecting. The entire staff was amazing and the administrative stuff went smoothly. Dr. Palya was phenomenal- gave space to ask questions, provided appropriate and understandable info; legitimately one of the best clinical experiences I've had. Bonus points for the solid Spotify playlist during the procedure. read more

Dr. Braga was fantastic. I had a bad experience with a previous root canal at a different practice. She explained everything step by step and made me feel very comfortable throughout the procedure. Also, Jan at the front desk was the most pleasant lady to work with getting scheduled and processed. Overall a wonderful experience from start to finish. I will definitely choose Three Rivers for any future work needed! read more

My procedure was a root canal by Dr. Zhang. The office staff checked me in upon my arrival and began preliminary processing promptly at the time of my appointment, informing me at each step of its purpose and nature. All was done in a pleasant and friendly fashion. Dr. Zhang similarly explained each step of the procedure, which she performed smoothly and painlessly. Then she answered all my questions thoroughly. read more
