I do not recommend. Clinical staff was outstanding except for poor coordination and explanation of costs. I'll explain below. Office staff was condescending and made smirks at me when I told them I didn't understand the costs and that they would require full payment upon leaving. I didn't have $3200 on me at the time. I went I for evaluation and then two root canals, if necessary. Prior to arrival, the office emailed me the cost for one root canal. That was the last treatment plan I saw. Here's what should have happened. My bad also for allowing it. Once the exam was complete, a revised treatment plan should have been prepared and reviewed with me for consent prior to treatment. That did not happen. Again, my bad for allowing it. I gave consent without a valid treatment plan. That's the process I'm used to and should have insisted. If they are part of your insurance network, go for it with caution. If they are out of network, find a practice that is. I felt 2nd class at this facility. Shameful! read more

I just got home from the most seamless dental procedure. Most people assume a root canal will be painful and this was quite the opposite. Dr. Craven and his assistant Claudia went above and beyond to ensure my understanding of the procedure and my comfort. Excellent service, friendly staff, They got me in fast because of a cancellation. Dr. Madoor was excellent and explained everything she did. I had more questions considering I study holistic health approaches and she not only answered all my questions she also explained to me all the xrays and CT Scan. I called to schedule a root canal, and my appointment with Dr. Feuer was made for the next day. I was so relieved they could get me in that soon because I was in a lot of pain. I gave my insurance information over the phone when I made the appointment, and the receptionist called me back later that day to tell me the cost of the procedure that was covered by my insurance and how much I would be expected to pay - that clarity on price was much appreciated. From the moment I walked in on appointment day, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and the dental assistant made to feel comfortable and confident about my procedure. Was recommended by my dentist having a cavity that needed a root canal. Came in a lot of pain and was already aware of the cost! Dr Zhang and her assistant were extremely professional yet helpful with my anxiety. She found I had an infection which my original X-rays didn't catch and was able to save my tooth which a previous dentist said needed to be pulled. The entire exam, procedure was about an hour. My fear was the worst part! The staff called to check on me the next day and had answered my anxious recovery calls with patience and care. I can't thank them enough! read more

Being that I've always had anxiety about going to the dentist, or having any dental work done, I was super nervous for a root canal. I was recommended by my dentist to visit here, I got an appointment in a timely manner, and it has completely changed my outlook on the dentist! Dr. Raquel did my root canal, and she was so great. She took the time to hear me out and explain what she was doing each step of the way. The whole procedure was completely painless from start to finish, and only took about 45 minutes. Boy, do I hate having any type of dental work done! When my dentist said I possibly needed a root canal, I was an anxious disaster! He referred me to Three Rivers Endodontics, so I quickly made an appointment with Dr. Sharma. She took images of the area that was suffering, and she did the "cold test" with my teeth. Since we were not sure which tooth was causing the pain, these steps were necessary. After evaluating, discussing, and decision making, she decided that I needed a root canal. I was so surprised that she did it right then and there! It was a fast, quite painless procedure, and Dr. Sharma couldn't have been sweeter! Three Rivers Endodontics was knowledgeable and caring during my recent root canal. I was having trouble with swelling that ended up being caused by an infection from a tooth with a crown. I called and they saw me right away to do an examination and diagnose the problem. Dr Craven was very gentle and explained everything showing X-rays and how he would treat the infection first and then do the root canal procedure. While the actual care I've received for my dental issues has been good, the post-care follow-up billing has left me with a sour taste, to say the least. Today I received a notice from a collection agency for an amount of $90.00 which I apparently owed for prior dental work. This was pretty alarming as I am never late with bills and maintain a credit score in the mid 800's. I immediately called Three Rivers Endodontics and was advised that they sent multiple Billings to my address and the amount due was turned over to collections. I assumed that the U.S. Postal Service had dropped the ball and not forwarded my mail since I moved late last year. However upon calling the collection agency to render full payment, it was discovered that the address they had been using wasn't valid as it was the incorrect house number. Needless to say, the bill is now paid and had it not been for a conscientious postal worker who took the time to look up my current address and forward the collection notice, I would still be in the dark as escalated collections actions occur. So now I will have to watch my credit report and make sure it doesn't receive a negative report due to no fault of my own (and a typo that someone made somewhere along the way). read more
