I am posting this because a few days after my visit here at the Belgrade Urgent Care Center in…read moreBelgrade I got one of those, "We really care about our patients and would love your feedback" texts. So I replied that I would like a phone call or an email. After the first week went by I got neither. I tried to call them but no one could tell me who is responsible for replying to the request or who the manager is. I waited a second week and still no call. And by the way, no one from the clinic called me to follow up on how I was doing, like most Urgent care centers do. So I called again and still no luck. So I set out to find out why. This is for those of you who got the "We really care about our patients " text and replied and did not get a call back etc. My guess is that you probably had the same trouble I did because when I was finally able to locate the person in charge of replying, his first response was, "I never get any compliments or complaints about that location." I almost wanted to laugh. First, does anyone read the replies to those texts they send out? In my case they certainly didn't. Why? And also, why bother sending out the "We really care about our patients" texts if no one is going to read them or follow up? Perhaps that is why you don't get any compliments or complaints - they are not reaching anyone and most folks just give up. Honestly, it took me two weeks because the staff at the location on 206 Alaska Frontage Road 59714, whose phone is: 406-414-3334 initially said they had no idea. So I called again, and they referred me to the B2 Urgent Care on Main St in Bozeman 406-414-4800. However I called there three times before I just asked to speak to their manager because they kept referring me back to the Belgrade clinic. If you would like to make a compliment or a comment about your care simply contact the B2 Urgent care center on Main St. in Bozeman and ask to speak to their manager. Don't bother replying to the text. No one pays attention to those!

I find Dr. Walters to be compassionate and he has helped me more than any other "traditional" doctor ever has. It saddens me to read the bad review above and alas I do not have insurance so I have no basis for comparison but as far as the treatment I received and am still receiving I am very happy with how things are going.

I went in and he said that Aflac would cover all of my treatment. Multiple times he informed me of this. Aflac covers $120 for the first treatment, $35 after that. All the time. So when he said it was covered, I assumed he knew what he was talking about. Even before I left I asked if I needed to do anything and he said no, I was covered. Fast forward 6 months later, I get a bill in the mail. Not even a phone call, anything. Well, I signed a contract that I'm responsible for payment, even though orally he said that it was covered. So he threatened to take it to a collection agency. I never would have gone back for a follow up twice if I knew it would cost me $140. After speaking to him he didn't admit his mistake, but lowered my bill to $70. Still, $70 I never would have paid if he told me the truth: he had no idea how Aflac worked so had no idea if Aflac would cover his costs or not. I would be very careful when going here as it is clear Dr. Walters has no idea what he is talking about in some areas. It could cost you money!!
