She acts like a petulant Californian at best. I booked a massage and then had to cancel because I was able to get a last minute opening of a booster shot. I was a new, brand new customer and she refused to let me cancel my appointment. I called to cancel 35 minutes passed their newly implemented 24 hour cancellation policy which was not obvious. Being so strict to her new policy, she ended up insulting me for canceling 35 minutes outside the window. I have pasted her exact message below. It's amazing that this is happening in Montana. It's amazing that people act this way. Buyer beware. This is the least professional, least Montana business in the state. You are better going elsewhere. Ashely: "Write a bad review.. The atmosphere of the European Medical Massage & Wellness Center office is very CLEAN , friendly, warm, welcoming and inviting. LMT, Miss Vladka, was very nice, kind and caring. Miss Vladka was very thorough in asking me if I had any pain or injuries anywhere that I wanted specific massage therapy treatments applied too. Miss Vladka's Massage techniques were so soothing, and relaxing that she put me asleep on the table twice during my therapy session. She utilized a moist heat pressure pad on my back while she massaged & treated my feet & legs.
