I like Three Rivers, as far as the near-ish casinos go. It's a little closer than Seven Feathers and Spirit Mountain, both of which are about 1.5 to 1.75 hours away. It's also smaller than both of those I think, and I prefer the smaller ones as long as they have a substantial non-smoking section. Three Rivers is operated by the Confederated Tribes of of the Coos, Lower Umpqua, and Siuslaw Indians. Like other Indian gaming, Three Rivers is a way for these peoples to care for their members. This casino opened as a casino only, but they expanded and added a hotel within a few years. Makes sense, since plenty of folks visit the coast as a tourist attraction regardless of whether there's a casino here. I have stayed here once with my mom because she had the points to spend the night. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I only play slot machines since I don't know how to play any of the other casino games, and they have pennies, five cent, quarter, and so on--the ones you'll find in just about every casino nowadays. They also have a food court with a few different types of restaurants--a kind of coffee bar, a burger place, and a seafood option; they also have a more sit-down restaurant as well. I appreciate that they have a family bathroom, since that made it a bit easier for me to take care of the baby. Haven't won my fortune here yet, but I'll probably visit again to try. read more

I wrote a letter to one of the casinos hostesses stating the obvious that the hostesses job is to keep the gamblers happy, and to keep them coming back, and staying as long as possible. That they hire mostly young attractive women to do that. I mean that's totally obvious that this is true. The woman I wrote it to turned my letter into security, and even though I've lost tens of thousands of dollars at 3 rivers they kicked me out from going there for 2 years. I've apologized numerous times, that does no good. The security director doesn't care. Someone tell me I am wrong about what I said? Excluding me for saying this is ludicrous. I want to comeback, but these people are not forgiving at all! I was coming in 2 to 3 times a week for years of time. I also mentioned that the hostesses can get you free nights at the casino, and it's nice, but it causes you to lose more money for staying longer. This is about the RV "park". It is non-existent yet they still charge 30-45 to park in an unlevel dirt lot. It was late and I was tired so stayed. It has absolutely no hookups, dump, or water available. At best it is aspirational and will be finished in 5 years or so. Meanwhile, it was safe, dark and quiet so a good night's sleep. read more

Three River's casino is nice. You go right to Player's Club to get a card-and they give you $10 to start off. You have to add $1 to get it working. They don't have all the machines in a Vegas casino but they have a wide variety. No alcohol is served but you can get a soda or coffee, there are stations around so you can serve yourself. I'm not a gambler- If I put $5 in the Megabuck's machine, win or lose, I'm done. I go big or go home or wander the casino watching people. They have a food court and a couple restaurants. They do have a parking lot with some electric pedestals for RVs staying over night. You stay one night free then you have to earn 50 points to stay the next night. It takes quite a bit of gambling to earn 50 points so I'm not sure that would work for me but it's nice for those who do. The casino has a hotel for guests, as well. read more

Ate at the Blue Bill Restaurant July 17, 2025. Took 20 minutes to be seated even though there were many empty tables. Took twenty five minutes to give our order and another thirty minutes to get the lukewarm food. The chicken fried steak was all breading. The meat was almost not identifiable. The vegetables were greasy, the mashed potatoes were cool. The good news was, the wait staff was nice. read more

Went to play a poker tournament and it tried out to be the worst experience of my life. Soon moron manager thought it was a good idea to remove the cards, chips and dealers from their game. They replaced them with a video game. And it did not work very well for me. I guess the thought it would save them money but O want to play real poker with real cards and chips. Front desk service was awesome. But ... room feels and smells old, closet smells big time old, like wet wood. Bathroom grout could use some bleach (Pics attached). I could hear Family Feud word for word in room next to me and a good deal of hallway activity, so I had the fan running as white noise. Paying $240 (incl fees) for this room does not leave me with a good experience. If I'd paid $120, or even $140, I'd have expected this room. I appreciate that they have a good automated roulette wheel, so that if there aren't enough people to open a table, you still get a live action spinning wheel and ball instead of an animated one, which I never trust. Friendly dealers at table games, easy transactions at cash cage. I'd love to see more reel slots, because those video slots never make any sense (or cents) to me. Betting 120 lines per spin? What? STOP the prejudice against disabled people and unsuitability for elders or otherwise lacking in mobility. LISTEN to their guests' concerns without penalizing them. Add more ADA rooms. Replace the impossible bath tub/showers in other rooms. Easy remedy with inexpensive, quickly and easily installed walk-in showers. Major injuries or death will occur if they fail to update to safe bathrooms FOR ALL people. Walk in showers are cheap and easily replace 1950's inaccessable bathrooms. I travel and find walk-in showers in virtually every hotel, motel or inn. I AM BLACKBALLED FOR SUGGESTING THEIR SHOWERS' are not safe. I DID NOT demand an ADA room, said I won't shower while there, was willing to put that in writing. They called 2 hours before my check in time to the "invitation only" jackpot party I WAS INVITED to. Every level of management parroted the words "we cannot accommodate you because no ADA rooms are available" over and over and over. Not even allowing me to speak. Their actions represent the worst kind of discrimination. Attacking the defenseless guests for their disability. They've LOST a loyal and frequent guest but couldn't care less. I'm certainly not their highest roller but I've spent a LOT of money there. My suggestion is KEEP DRIVING, THE MILL IS ONLY A 1 HOUR BEAUTIFUL DRIVE south on hwy 101. My Fav Casino in Oregon. Nice hotel, good food and fun machines. However, the hotel now charges a $50.00 deposit on the room (Mine was a comp room). It used to be $1.00. The part that really bothers me, is they tell you at check in when you run your card for the deposit, that it WILL DROP OFF AT CHECK OUT the next day. 2 days later it is still debited from my account. I call the hotel and they said it takes 3 to 7 days for your bank to accept it back!!! I strongly suggested they TELL customers THAT then instead of" it will drop off the next day!". I will continue to visit but will no longer stay at the hotel. read more

They have a great non smoking area for gaming a 5 table poker room live sport betting room and big smoking slot and table game area. Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful. They don't have a gym!!! The Motel 6 has a gym. I have a gym. My grandma has a gym! I'm flabbergasted. They also don't have a pool! So not only can't I workout, I can't even swim the pain away? *practices deep breathing* I went out for a walk since there were no other options and guess what? There was nowhere to walk! No path for walking or bikes. Nothing but space for cars to drive. I risked my life for a two mile trek and while I'm alive to tell the tale, I'm still bummed I had to navigate the narrow roads to get a workout. So disappointed. I honestly like my room, and might even visit one of their restaurants (l'll update my post if I do) but this not having at least a treadmill and a weight bench on the premises has me pacing the floor. Do not recommend this hotel if you're not here to gamble or on business. No lives shows except on Friday/Saturday, no attractions, just... bleh. The customer service is good. I'll give them that. Specifically the Bonfire restaurant... Sunday early evening, not busy, 4 in our group. Service was very slow. The stuffed salmon my husband ordered was 1/2 raw. Luckily he noticed after a few bites. He was sick in the bathroom within an hour. I'm Sure had he eaten it all, it would've been much worse. My chicken Marsala was SO salty & the chicken was strangely cut rather than a whole breast. It was like a tenderloin & 2 random pieces. It was strange enough to notice. The shrimp pasta was an unappealing brown color & the flavor was not very good. The bread basket was basic white, soft dinner rolls like from Safeway. The wedge salad had way too much dressing & was literally covered in about 1/2 of a red onion. We did not pay for the salmon, nor wish to have it re-cooked, or salad & they gave 2 free desserts, the best part of the whole meal! We will not be back unless there is a big improvement all The way around. For the price especially, it was a huge disappointment. We have been many times. it's been going downhill for quite awhile but never this bad. read more

Nice stop on a road trip, we really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean with no smell of smoke at all! The staff was very friendly. The parking lot on the non-smoking/hotel side was really nice and well lit. The only issue was just noise from other guests late at night, which is to be expected at a casino. We have travelled across most of the western United States and have experienced literally 100 Tribal Casinos. The Three Rivers Casino is one of the worse we have experienced. As RVers we have come across great amenities and parks reservered for RVers but sadly the RV resort at Three Rivers Casino is by far the worse. The office is a shed, really an actual shed. The spaces are dirt with no water and few electrical connections, no dump station all for $35 a night. RVers are treated poorly by staff. Obviously the staff at Three Rivers Casino has not done a demographic analysis to understand that people driving $50,000+ RVs into their parking lot might be a demographic that they should cater to. That goes directly back to the poorly trained and educated governing board which oversees Three Rivers Casino. I recommend Chinook Winds, Spirt Mountain, or 7 Feathers Casinos if you are traveling and want an experience that you deserve. read more

My last trip I was looking for a machine to play and walked up to a bank of machines. There was no one sitting in the chair. I hit a button this see what the play amounts were thinking it was in demo mode. Instead someone had left the seat with it set to $50 bets. I was chased down by security and forced to pay $50. Forget the person left the seat and was no where around. If someone was sitting in the chair obviously I would not have hit a button on the machine. Really crappy how security didn't even hear my side just demanded I pay. Rich- I completely understand. My issue was there was no one sitting in the chair/by the machine to make me assume anyone was using it. It was the way I was treated. read more

In the most needed times I got big time help from Alea Duran. We had to cancel last minute our trip to the area and Hotels.com wanted to imposes a one night cancellation fee. 4 Stars for the Hotel. NEGATIVE 1 Star for the Sports Bar/Food Here--don't do it! I really enjoyed my Hotel Stay here. It's a comfortable Hotel up on a hillside. I saw that lots of people park RV's here. The rooms are 4 star level. I slept well. No smoke smell. Very nice soaps/shampoo. Great water pressure shower. Best of all: They don't allow dogs! Harder to find these days and I appreciated that. As a result--rooms are cleaner than a Hotel that allows dogs. Staff was fine. Easy free large parking lot. --- The Restaurant/Sports Bar: BAD NEWS! I pulled in late for the first night after most restaurants in town were closed. If I could just have the night back, I would have stopped at Subway and got a Sandwich. Instead, I figured to myself--why not just check in, get a shower after a long day and drive, and eat the sports bar I heard they had. How bad can it be? (Cue up danger background sounds). One of the worst meals ever. The Bartender gave me the hint when I sat down at the empty bar. She totally ignored me for almost 15 minutes passing me by many times. That was my cue to leave. But nothing else for food in town was open and I was hungry. Unfriendly Bartender comes for my order. 5 minutes later food appears--Fish sandwich straight out of the Micro and the greasiest fries you will ever have. I had to eat something--next day my stomach was a mess. They should rename that place the MicroWave Sports Bar. Complete waste of money. You have been warned about eating here. I spotted Big Foot. If there's one thing I'm always looking for, it's a casino. Who doesn't like the bright lights, the loud bells and whistles, the thill of victory and the agony of defeat? I must be a gluten for punishment because I've felt the agony of defeat a lot. This is a single floor casino, whose slot machines are open 24/7. The tables games are located in one PIT and opens around 10am and close sometime past midnight. At least it's better hours then the Mill's Casino their closest competitor. I know you read that review. There's an adjacent hotel but I've never been there so no comment. I don't really like how they track your spending on the tables. It's all written down on a piece of paper vice a computer like all the casinos in SD. I know you read those reviews too. And the table games rules on setting your hand and standing up will void your play is ridiculous. You can't even have the house set your hand if you have to use the restroom. On the plus side they don't use the Vegas rules concerning the crap or roulette tables. Food court isn't 24 hours so that hurts the players past midnight. I don't know how long they serve alcohol but you can get it at 10am. Overall three stars. Decent amount of various table games but limited in seating. Food is ok from what I've had at the Blue Bills. We went there Sunday night just to check out the scene. We arrived and parked in the area to check in. We got checked in and went up to a beautiful room. King sized bed, a beautiful supply of bath soaps and even crystals to soak in the tub if you like. The TV in the room was a huge flat screen approximately 40 inch would be my guess. We didn't check out the gaming that evening but instead went downstairs for dinner at the Prime Rib Steak House. I'm not a red meat eater by any stretch so, I was curious to see what else they had on the menu. Their menu was posted on the exterior of the restaurant so you could get a good idea of what was offered. They mentioned salmon so I was ready to check it out. We got inside and it was beautifully decorated for Christmas. We were seated right away and Nicole, a veteran of the casino for the last five years, was our waitress. We placed our order and our salad and bread came out right away. We selected an Oregon Pinot Noir from the listings, it was an Underwood Cellars from Tualatin, OR, which went for $22. Not too bad on the price and pretty tasty as well. The salmon was good, served up on a cedar plank, with fresh veggies and couscous. My bf had a rack of lamb, which looked tasty and he said it was very nicely done. The general atmosphere was very quiet and upper scale, I forgot that there was a gaming floor just outside the doors. They had some instrumentals Christmas Carols playing in the background that were a nice touch and not over powering. All in all, a tasty meal for under $100. We checked out the gaming floor the following day and they will give you ten dollars of their money to play with if you sign up for a players card. So, of course, we both did that. You have to place money in the machine for it to work first and then it will work off of the ten dollars they have placed on your card. I was on a losing streak for a while but having only a dollar bill on me at the time that's what I put in and took out ten dollars so I guess I have no complaints for about 30 minutes of play. They had a variety of machines just on a smaller scale compared to Spirit Mountain in Grand Ronde. I'll be back to spend more time here. read more

If I could give them zero I would. I have been a guest for two years and have enjoyed my trips. I have a few favorite employees but found I suddenly I have no value when I awoke with huge bites on my neck back legs and bottom. Three as in breakfast lunch dinner as my physician explained. Bed bugs ! I was terrified as they were quarter size very itchy and inflamed. Lynn front desk did not know what to do as she had no rooms to switch at two am. She then called and I moved myself to the room next door. Security saw the bumps which I had no idea what they were as I never had bed bug bites I assumed fleas until my physician explained that morning they bite commonly in threes and I was clearly highly allergic. Lynn front desk the Canadian lady front desk an two security guards all saw these horrible bites. at my own cost bought Benadryl alcohol rubbing cortisone and showered about five times. I sprayed rubbing alcohol on me belongings I had missed shuttle to leave but had zero sleep until I could leave. I was treated so well until I sought health care found three of these awful creatures on my boots after spraying all shoes with rubbing alcohol still have them in a ziploc btw and discarding all my clothes. Three rivers denied there were bed bugs and as ocd I am I definitely have nothing like that in my home. My shoes were outside on my deck sprayed with rubbing alcohol for over a week. My doctor diagnosed bed bug bites as well ! Mark their manager would not even return my calls Chelsea who I have adored ignored me saying there was no bed bugs Here is the deal. Lying is not how you retain a client ever! Telling me it was properly dealt with was that correct answer to insure future guests did not have this horrific experience. I won't convey dollar amounts I have spent but very large and was treated with ultimate courtesy until I was bitten and infected by bed bugs! I was sickfor over two weeks and they don't resolve quickly when you are allergic . I would approximate 30 bites. I was hung up on by VIP no call backs and in fact am seeking a lawyer. I have never sued anyone but because they are a federal casino they feel they can ignore this occurrence and dismiss me! They are wrong federal attorneys can sue them .! All they had to do was be honest and treat me with value. What a concept ??? Also respect future guests They did neither! They lied ! Btw Mark whoever you are is a weak man that does not do his job ! Vip is a joke ! Only person in that place I trust is Christine btw! I will never return ! I spent thousands of dollars there to have this horrific experience and be treated with zero value as their guest! Came to the casino for lunch and found an airport style food court set up. I say airport because the prices are the same. The service is typical. My burger came out wrong and her calzone got burned and we were told 15 more minutes. The poor kid that brought out food didn't know what to say. Where is the manager??? My experience is solely based off of the Blue Bills Sports Bar, the gambling, and the RV Parking. This casino allows 4 nights of free overnight parking for RV travelers which is super nice. You can get an extra 4 nights if you win 100 points in gambling which we did with $32 (the price of one cheap nights stay at a RV Resort). There is a separate lot for the RVs so its not in the casinos way. Nice spot for dry camping. We did go into Blue Bills for some beers on 2 separate nights. Great place to watch the games. It wasn't super crowded. Nice calm sports bar. Cheap beers and a decent selection! We got onion rings one of the nights and they were pretty darn good. The service was not so great. It took a long time to get refills and the waitress forgot about our drink one time. Not terrible but not great. We would come back! read more

My wife and I have stayed here a few times on our yearly trip down the Oregon coast. First off you can't check in to your room until exactly 4 PM, so don't even try because they are rude about it. This causes a huge line at 4 PM with everybody wanting to check in at the same time, not smart business. This makes for an awful experience before you even hit the casino floor. The rooms are clean and that's about all I will say, your typical standard hotel room, not a resort by any means. The casino offers a very large non-smoking gaming area which is pretty awesome. Also one of our favorite things to order off the menu at Blue Bills sports bar and tap room is the Ahi tuna from their appetizer menu. We order this as a meal, it was so good this time we had it twice once for lunch and once for dinner, absolutely amazing!!!! Don't ever take this off the menu!!! Overall not a bad stay, just not one of our favorite casinos on the coast. read more

My father brought me to stay for my birthday as it was the first time in Florence. The hotel staff were really nice and friendly. The food was good, we did eat at the steak and seafood restaurant which was very fine dining and the food was excellent. It was much better than the other casinos I have been to so far. What really struck me is their service continued after our stay. I mistakenly left my Apple phone charger in the room plugged in and they actually called us to let us know and sent it to me in the mail. I don't often write reviews, but I have never been to a hotel that would go to this length to take care of a customer mistake. I'm floored and elated because apple chargers aren't cheap and I have it back in time for my next trip for New Years. Couple that care with the friendly staff and good food and I'll definitely be back here. I should point out too that I thought the rooms were nice, we were on the main floor which was not smokey at all. You walked out into the non-smoking section which was walled off from the smoking section and they put a lot of good games on both sides. Table games are in the smoking section, but that's to be expected in any casino. It was really nice to head out onto the non-smoking floor on our last day, play my last twenty and then head out not smelling like cigarettes. read more

On a Friday business trip to Florence, my wife and I decided to stop in at Three Rivers Casino Resort for lunch and entertainment. We arrived just minutes after the World Market Buffet opened (11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.). Lunch is $9.99 a person. In addition to the standard casino buffet fare, the buffet features a carving station, a dessert station and a salad station. The prime rib at the carving station drew us in first and we each received generous medium-rare cuts with a deep brown crust and a juicy pink center. I added a piece of fried cod and an Asian chicken wing sprinkled with sesame seeds. My wife returned to the carving station for another slice of prime rib while I browsed the salad station, which offers chilled plates that complemented the cantaloupe and honeydew melon slices I selected. The real treat is in the center of the salad station, where a server prepares salads made to order. I was mulling over standard salad bar offerings when the server, Samantha Fox, asked if she could prepare a "Spring Summer Caesar Salad" for me. I agreed. Samantha asked me if I wanted grilled chicken or shrimp. I chose the shrimp. With the enthusiasm and charm you'd expect from a celebrity chef hosting her own TV show, she explained each ingredient as she prepared the dish. I posted a photo of the Spring Summer Caesar Salad. Satiated, I returned to thank Samantha for a wonderful salad and recommended that the casino place more signage around her station to highlight the freshly-prepared salad. A lunch of prime rib, Caesar salad and fresh fruit for $9.99 is a great value. My wife and I look forward to returning. I conclude with a suggestion and a recommendation. World Market Buffet could better label the condiment section and consider providing duplicate bowls of horseradish and creamed horseradish at the carving station next to the au jus. My recommendation to customers is arrive early. The buffet filled up at noon. Credit the wait staff for quickly clearing tables, keeping the wait time down to a minimum. read more

This casino has really gone downhill. The buffet was ridiculous. Overpriced, had to get your own silverware, napkins and drinks. I have a service dog and was approached by security. He asked me if she was registered which I complied with. My dog barked once and he came over very angrily, and said that if my dog was aggressive he would have to remove her. My dog is not aggressive at all! Will not be returning anytime soon. read more
