My burger was tender and juicy; perfectly cooked all the way through while managing to avoid any unnecessary crisp on the exterior. We overheard a conversation between the waiter and another couple of guests who indicated that they were regulars, and it is easy to see why customers would come back for more. The sourdough bread with maple lard was so good. everything on the tasting menu was unique and special. I live in Philadelphia and have to say that I have not had a meal this unique and tasty with fantastic and friendly service in a long time.
