Once inside it's your standard liquor store with a large variety of things. Honestly they had many ready to drink offerings I have not seen elsewhere including the particular drinks we were searching for. Staff were friendly enough, no complaints with checking out. My wife liked the store as well and got caught looking at the 3D Printed animals they had on sale after we bought our drinks. I suspect this is a spot many locals visit frequently and have a good relationship with the staff. It had those vibes that you'd expect to be a go to spot for those in search of drinks or smokes. I would return (not for the same specific drink because they were not that good, but that isn't a knock against Westbrook Market).

I think the one thing that completely stood out to me here was the simple fact that the staff was so passionate and energetic to help me in whatever needs that I had and even when the wife was looking for non-alcoholic selections, they were even excited to show her what they had in this department (usually we get the complete stink eye when we ask for non-alcoholic options from the snooty beer connoisseur). They have hundreds of selections of craft brews from all over the place and it was hard to even select a few and I was told that their keg selections are top notch for a great price. Their website says they have a huge selection but... that's not what I experienced. Lots of parking as it's located in a stripmall! I'm sure they're a convenient stop for people who live near Payne Road. I had limited interaction with the staff; like other reviewers said, they didn't greet me or ask me if I needed help, just cashed me out. I had placed my order after 8pm and the gentleman running the store seemed confused as he hadn't seen it by the time we came in the next day at 1:30 (they open at 11am). It was fine, because they hadn't sold my pre-ordered beer. It did make me a bit nervous. The experience was pleasant. If there is something specific you are looking for, I would recommend going online first to order, or call ahead. It's a smallish store, so you may have to ask for a special order. The store was very clean and organized and good dates on the beers we were looking at. Also some single cans available to buy - which I love so I'm not stuck with 3 cans of beer I didn't like. The one young woman waited on me and I asked if she was worried about the virus. She said no, but then she looked over to an older worker and I got the impression that perhaps not wearing a mask wasn't her decision. Foolish. Anyway, I will not be going into this establishment.
