Dog bone cake and soft pastries

I love this place so much!! I have been getting both of my pups bday cakes for the past 3 years from this place and absolutely love everything about it. The owner is so nice and the workers are also awesome. The pastries are also amazing. They are always so accommodating and able to make anything work. I will continue to only get my pups cakes from here :)

So AWESOME! The person helping me was friendly. The dogs were behaved and adorable, the bakery selection was delectable! I bought a few items and my little Yorkie is a picky eater but he is enjoying the treats. He loved the variety of five different options I gave him. I definitely will be going back.

We love stopping by Three Dog Bakery when in the area - they always have a wide variety of items from toys to treats to accessories and more! The staff are always friendly and happy to answer any questions. The items do seem a bit spendy but since it's a small business, I understand and am happy to support. They have an impressive amount of chews for all types of chewers, and snacks! We brought our dogs in with us tonight and the employee offered treats to them, and had two dogs behind the counter that were so friendly. Check out three dog barkery and you're guaranteed to find something!

Actually finding one of their bakeries across the US can be pretty hit or miss. So I'm grateful to have one here, just south of the Twin Cities. As one would expect, there's an extroverted, helpful group of employees inside that will help you find high end leashes or dog food. You can also marvel at the very intricate looking dog baked goods that look good enough for human food. FYI, there's a treat of the month club.

Treat your dog to the best Bakery in the Cities... Three Dog Bakery! Three Dog does birthday cakes and has two large cases of sweet treats for your dogs self care day. As a dog bakery, make sure you bring your pup along! The store also has a great retail selection including collars, treats, bowls, and much more. A DOG PARADISE!! All single treats are priced $3-5 with the cakes at $20-30. Worth every penny for the adorable photos you will get with your pup.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff that knows most of their regulars and their regulars' dogs by name. They even know the name of the dog we dogsit for periodically. The store is always clean and well stocked. They also have events to help educate owners on care, help place adoptable animals, and frequently offer free samples. I do the pet food shopping at our house. When my dad was dying of cancer, and again when I suffered a slipped lumbar disc and had to remain immobile, I just called the store and they gladly put together my typical order so that all my husband had to do was show up and pay for it. Saved us both a lot of stress during difficult times and ensured our pets' care remained consistent. It may seem like a little thing, but it was a huge deal for us and very much appreciated. The rebate program also offers nice savings. I never get any communication other than coupons and a quarterly newsletter that contains my rebate -- no spammy emails whatsoever. Definitely worth signing up for.

Then a lady, I'm guessing the salon manager comes to speak with me. This is after I watch her speak rudely to someone who wanted to make an appointment. Then she comes over to tell me about issues my dog has. Yes, I know she's very old. It was one thing after another. I never had issues when she was groomed in San Diego. I didn't need her to tell me not to come back, because we won't be back. This lady if she is the manager needs to take a class on how she speaks to people because her customer service is horrendous. I now understand the store yelp rating. It seems like it's definitely deserved.

They refused service because he did not have a PRINTED rabies certificate with a CLINIC NAME. They would not accept a perfectly legal, signed rabies certificate (see attached) I filled in by hand and signed. This is disrespectful and unreasonable way to treat a licensed professional! Of course I can trim my dog's nails, but I prefer to have them done because it's easier on him. Their loss.

I spent several months on a waitlist for my 150lb senior Great Pyrenees, only for them to postpone my appointment for another month because their groomer went on vacation. After waiting all that time, I arrived for the appointment and was turned away at the door. They cited a policy that dogs must stand for the full 4 hours of grooming. This is information they should have disclosed during our initial screening when I explicitly explained he has arthritis and needs to be groomed back-to-front. Despite being told they could accommodate him, their facilities are clearly not equipped for giant breeds. Their tables and setup are built for small to medium dogs at best; they don't even have the proper equipment to safely handle a 150lb dog. Between the high staff turnover mentioned in other reviews and this level of incompetence, I'll never go back. They waste your time and tie up your schedule for months just to admit they aren't equipped for the job they promised. If you have a giant breed or a senior dog, do not trust this location.
