Martin's is a full-service jeweler with all the expertise and experience a customer like me looks to for the things we need, want or think we ought to have. Being a conscientious and budget-minded consumer, I've looked all over town and around the area many times, but I keep coming back to Martin's to make my purchases for several reasons. The staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful when you have questions and know you need help finding "that one perfect thing." I have been blessed to find my perfect wedding, holiday, anniversary and even no-occasion gifts at Martin's. They've been there for me when I needed something repaired, or wanted something custom made. They've done it all for me... over and over... and I've never been anything but impressed and delighted with the results. There have been occasions when I've been browsing in the store and observed other patrons when they were shopping. I discovered that everybody else visiting the store gets the same red carpet treatment that I always get! That speaks volumes for the team in the store. It's always nice to get the frequent flyer treatment, to be sure. But, it's even more impressive to see a merchant that respects the entire clientele and welcomes everyone with equal warmth and sincerity. For those who want to get something for their special person but have a bit of limit on their budget, the staff know just how to help the buyer find something affordable yet beautiful. What more could you ask for from your jewelry store? Last but not least, I've had several occasions in the past year or so where I needed custom work or engraving done (and usually at the last possible minute). Martin's has always delivered for me, on time and within budget. Erin and her team at Martin's Jewelers are my service providers. They should be yours, too! It is very hard for me to believe that these are actually true reviews. I'm suspicious that these negative reviews were posted to give the business a low rating. Because of this, I would like to say that I love Falkenberg's and I have only had OUTSTANDING service. I don't live in Walla Walla, but if I did, that would be the only jewelry store that I would go to. I love supporting local businesses and I really enjoy stopping in whenever I am in town just to look around. They have a great selection and a wide variety of items. In addition, they often have a lovely selection of Estate Jewelry. It's always fun to check out that section. The last time I was there, I found a beautiful pair of pearl earrings. Keri assisted me with my purchase that day and she even cleaned both mine and my husband's wedding rings for free. At first, we declined her offer to do so, but she was so very kindly insistent, so we acquiesced. We were so glad, because our rings looked like new again. Falkenberg's may not be the least expensive store to purchase jewelry; however, they are very reasonable for the quality and the service that they provide. And...if you are in Walla Walla, it makes more sense to check them out first before heading to the Tri Cities. In fact, if you live in the Tri Cities, it would be worth your while to head over to Falkenberg's and see what they have to offer. I don't think you will be dissapointed!

I went to Harry Ritchie Jewelers in Moscow about three weeks ago to have a watch battery changed…read moreout. The person who helped me was Tony Murillo. He was incredibly helpful and very customer service oriented ( a rarity nowadays). Unfortunately they did not have a battery for my watch but he directed to another place in the mall and they indeed did have a battery ($3). I took my new battery back to Tony and he installed it within a minute. Success! My watch was back to working order. We talked for awhile about the holidays and family. I then asked him about the cost and he said that due to the fact they didn't have my battery in stock and that I had to go to another store to get the battery....no cost.
