While there, she needed to use the restroom--recovery requires her to consume large amounts of fluids due to the kidney cancer surgery. When asked if she could use the bathroom, they refused. They would not allow a 74 year old lady with cancer to use their precious toilet. My wife is a doctor and certainly would not pose any manner of risk to the Shady Lawn bathroom. Shame on them. The store is mostly full of overpriced Goodwill-tier items from the 1960s and bad art, so you're not missing much.

No posts about hours or anything. In fact, I took my clocks to Richland, WA and the dealer there said that he gets a lot of business because of the unpredictable nature if this store.

The Proprietor, Douglas Saturno restored a Sessions "Schoolhouse" clock for me. This was a treasured heirloom that belonged to my mother (rest her kind soul). Mr. Saturno thoroughly cleaned the mechanism, replaced broken springs, installed new gear bushings, lubricated, adjusted and synchronized the "guts". Amazing service, expert craftsmanship, he exhibited care and respect for our family heirloom. A truly amazing shop and craftsman. Hats off to Mr. Saturno !!!!
