The presentation and raw selection on offer was immense and I was immediately lost in the selection of my edible souvenir I kept saying I'd save but couldn't resist downing. Got a 12 pack 1kg deal and loved the fact that I could select multiple flavors not just 12 of one . For the price 8.99 aud I was ecstatic value was huge obviously but the flavor blew me away! Everything from Cabernet, cherry, mango, passion fruit etc was of course clean but very flavorful and left a smile on my face after every bite. Everyone was so nice there and listened to the foreign American go on and on how nothing back in the states comes close! I'm gonna be a regular when I finally move and places like this help me count the days!

Had the Muscli one day (the fruit tasted like it was all picked from the best orchards around and so sweet). Stopped here and ordered the Waffle Benedict and ohhmyy... it was the best waffle Benedict I had. The waffle got a soft crunch and not sweet but savory taste. The portions was a good size. I am a lite eater in the morning so I could only finish half but if you're a breakfast person, you'll find the portion content. The Coffee Mocha was delicious though adding an extra shot of espresso to it made it much better than original mocha. The chocolate was overpowering the coffee without that extra shot. No complaints there because I like hot chocolate too, just wanted more on the coffee side. Place was nice and clean and the service was good. Definitely recommend it.

The selection of truffles is good by Australian standards (about 10 flavours to choose from), but in all honesty there are some staples missing in that lot. The selection of cakes/alternative to chocolate treats is small - 4 alternatives, plus my favourite a giant white or milk chocolate lollipop with standardized messages such as "happy birthday", "i love you" and "sorry" to fit most occasions. The staff tend to be a tad pretentious - but that's probably to be expected at a place like this. And as you would expect this place is a little on the more expensive side of things - an individual truffle is $1.50 and a coffee is around the $4.50 mark (but hey, you get the a free truffle with that so maybe it isn't bad). If you work near by this place it's pretty disastrous for you - or at least your weight -because you're bound to become addicted.

It is nice and dark and I love the fact that you get a piece of chocolate with it. I always have to get the Dark Chocolate Dinosaur because I get the hot chocolate drink and my kids get the piece of chocolate, fair trade I suppose. The only thing annoying is that this place has a $15 minimum for card/eftpos. I hate carrying coins and money, so I sometimes overspend just to get 1 hot chocolate. Hopefully they will change their system soon. They now have a bowl when you order a hot chocolate and you can pick from the bowl, but don't be fooled you can still pick your own chocolate with any hot drink order.

There are quirky flavours like ginger and mandarin, lemon pecan, and mojito just to name three. There is so much love put into everything in this shop: the packaging is gorgeous, the chocolates are to die for, and lady who served me was super friendly and personable. Oh, this shop is owned by the same people who used to run the amazing Boon Chocolates in Darlinghurst. There's a selection of ready-to-go boxes where the choice is already made for you or you can select your own and make your own box, or there are even grab bags available if you're in a "shovel all the good stuff in your mouth" kind of mood. Verdict: Recommend.

Although it was crowded and busy, they handled things fairly well. We received our drinks quite quickly, and they were very apologetic that the food was talking longer. We were kept well updated though. They were also kind enough to bring us little chocolates and hand made truffles while we lined up. My mocha was perfect and the ham and cheese croissant was excellent comfort food after a long morning on my feet. It's good to see everything back to normal, with the only reminder of that day being two brass plaques on the inside of the doorway remembering the two poor souls we lost.
