Although it was crowded and busy, they handled things fairly well. We received our drinks quite quickly, and they were very apologetic that the food was talking longer. We were kept well updated though. They were also kind enough to bring us little chocolates and hand made truffles while we lined up. My mocha was perfect and the ham and cheese croissant was excellent comfort food after a long morning on my feet. It's good to see everything back to normal, with the only reminder of that day being two brass plaques on the inside of the doorway remembering the two poor souls we lost.
