This place has really delicious, uniquely flavoured French macarons and pastries. Some of the flavours today included salted peanut butter, earl grey and milk chocolate, banana crunch and cookies and cream. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

This one is located on the third floor of Westfield right by the escalators in the high-end shops wing. They have a small cafe area. They have have candles, perfumes, books, bags and of course, the perfect macarons. I picked up a box of macarons in my favorite flavors + the new flavors: lime basil, chocolate coconut marshmallow and chocolate Peru (which replaced chocolate Madagascar). They're about 4AUD a piece. For Laduree macarons, it doesn't even matter. Perfect shell, great fillings and flavors.

I decided to go in and check it out and saw they had unique flavours, so I decided to get three flavours to try. Got the unicorn, which is just vanilla, only because I got this for someone, so of course I didn't get to taste this one. Mango, Passionfruit & Macadamia - good, but I tasted more macadamia than mango and passionfruit. Pandan & Coconut Custard - thought it was great they offered this Vietnamese flavour and thought this was good as well. I wish they offered more flavours, but I would say I still prefer Laduree passionfruit more because I actually could taste it.

The cake was delivered on time and looked as good in person as it did in the photos. I was told the Ferrero Roche cake was the best they've ever tasted. The staff was fabulous at communicating about delivery and arrival time as well. I will absolutely order again. Just so sad I couldn't try for myself.

They were really accomodating, I contacted them because I decided (after the fact) I wanted to add a note to the delivery. I was contacted immediatelly (even with the time zone difference!). Excellent customer service, and I was told the tarts were TO DIE FOR!! I look forward to order more items from the menu in the near future.... Love, love, love this place!!!

Offering the usual selections of bread, Zumbarons, Zonuts, and cakes as the rest of the chain. A selection of Zumbarons were chosen as it was bought as a gift for friends and easy to transport in their handy boxes. Service was a bit so so. As it was a slow time and not much passing trade and since we were taking a bit of time deciding on what flavours to get, the original server didn't end up serving us and went somewhere else to start sweeping. The other server eventually came over after we waved her down.

The passion fruit seeds (at least that's what I hope it was) cut his soft palate, and he was suddenly in so much pain. I checked his mouth and there was a huge 'blood bag'. We rushed to the Macquarie Uni GP and was told that he had developed oral hematoma from the food that he just ate. He had to be on liquid diet for 48 hours, and though the condition is not life threatening, hewas in constant pain for a week. I would give them a zero star if I could. And their PR response to the whole issue was just appalling.

I've had this place bookmarked for years. Maybe I'll try their dessert tasting menu someday, but…read morejust the regular desserts I tried were nothing spectacular. And on a late weekday afternoon, they were sold out of the drinks that caught my eye. The desserts are fine, but some of the prices are so expensive that I don't feel like I'd miss out on much if I didn't get them. The average price seemed to be $28 for a dessert smaller than the size of my palm. While some of the flavors were more unique, based on the ones I tried, they weren't actually good combinations or just blended together so that you might as well be eating one flavor.

After eating dinner somewhere else, my friend and I stopped at Koi for dessert. We go there only 30 min before close, so there weren't a lot of desserts left. We tried two of them - a pandan cake and a mango dessert. They were both beautiful looking, but don't recall being blown away by the taste. And it was very expensive. I thought to myself that it was not what I hoped. But I'll give the benefit of the doubt that maybe at the end of the night all they have the less popular desserts left. Next time I'm there, I'll give it another shot.
