Lance's has customers for life in us. Their work is beautiful and they clearly don't aggressively mark up their prices like some in this area!

I will start this off by stating that I am waiting on a repair to my ring so will update in a week…read moreor so and that everyone here has been very nice, welcoming, and helpful. My husband (at the time fiancé) stopped by here to see about getting his ring size. The staff was very friendly and helped him figure out his proper size. He discussed designing a custom ring while there and we have been highly considering working with them to create one. A few days before the wedding I needed to get my rings sized (engagement ring sized down and band sized up). They were very busy, but said they could get it done and would have it ready by that Friday. I called around lunch Friday to see if it was ready so we could pick it up. They said it would be ready. My fiancé went to pick up the rings and they were not ready yet. He waited on them to be completed and we were glad we got them in time for the wedding (and I will give major kudos because they cleaned them and I did NOT think they were that dirty, but boy did the set clean up nicely). However, we realized they did not quite sit properly together as there is a swoop on the band to allow it to sit up under the stone and the swoop shape was not quite right. I also lost a small accent diamond out of the engagement ring that had been sized down. I figured they were a bit rushed since my fiance was waiting for them to be completed and potentially did not get to check all of the settings/double check how the two fit with each other so I wanted to give them the chance to make it right as I know they did mention that they typically do several quality checks on everything. I made it back in and showed them the rings. They looked up my account and said they would make it right. They are currently working on the repairs and I am hopeful I'll be happy with the results. Even with the mishap and partially because of it I give them 4 stars. They clearly stand by their work and are willing to make things right and that goes a long way in business. Everyone there I have come into contact with has been very pleasant and helpful with a kind smile and that also speaks volumes. I look forward to getting my wedding set back and updating the review. Update: definitely still not right. Not happy with the fix. The engagement ring I'm fine with. I feel like with the band they flattened it out when they sized it up to extend it and that just set everything off center. The stones don't line up on the side anymore. The swoop was originally more up and down and the band is staggered like the engagement ring. Thus, the swoop sits under the stone and kind of locks it in place. Now, the swoop just lays below the stone and is not even proper to let it fully sit on top of it and moving the band and flattening it makes it not line up with the engagement ring and still gap. I'm over dealing with it and will potentially look to have it repaired elsewhere. Thankfully the plan is to make a custom ring set using this set's stones, but I really did want it to be done properly so I could enjoy this set while I have it. Bumping down to 3 stars.

Izzy did wonders to repair and make new my engagement ring that was missing diamonds and other fixes. I dropped my ring off before Covid closures and Izzy and his wife reached out to me personally because they didn't want me to be without my ring during their temporary shutdown. Izzy even offered to deliver my ring to my house! He is so kind and caring and knew I was very worried. He reassured me and promised he would get my ring to me no matter what. He went above and beyond to deliver exceptional service and care of my ring, repair and making sure he got my ring back to me. Izzy also repaired my fathers watch that I inherited after he passed--it held sentimental value mostly. It's so reassuring that I can not only count on, but trust Izzy and Atlanta Diamond Design to deliver exceptional service for all my jewelry repairs and purchases, at a reasonable price and quick timeframe, but best of all they do it with such care and integrity! I'll forever be a loyal customer.

I was constantly online looking at rings from Brilliant Earth, Nile etc. and went to Shane Co as well as Jared to find "the ring". There were some close contenders, but nothing that I could see being on my finger for the rest of my life (or until we were able to do a drastic upgrade). The months started dragging by, and I even had nightmares of being attacked by ugly rings! I had been talking to one of the owners and some of their sales team at Rubin Brothers and after seeing their selection and finding a ring that was super, super close to what I was envisioning they suggested that I fully customize one. But wait, isn't that expensive? Like something that Beyonce would do (and could afford?) But it wasn't nearly as much as we had originally thought at all. I gave them a rough drawing of my ring, which is composed of bits of pieces of several rings that I've seen. They were pretty amazed at the drawing since it is completely 100% original. I was a little worried if they would be able to pull the design off, but Josh, their designer was able to send me some rough designs, and after 2 revisions, the ring of my dreams was staring back at me. I get tons of compliments on my ring all the time and I absolutely love the fact that I will not see the same ring on someone else's finger. Rubin Brothers understood there was a budget and a cap we had and worked with us. They never pushed us into the "next category up" even though some of their Veragio pieces were absolutely beautiful (and completely out of my price range). One other common practice used by car sales lots and other jewelry stores that I absolutely hate is being passed off to an "associate" once the original sales guy realizes that you aren't going to give them that large commission. None of that was experienced here, in fact, I dragged my sales guy from ring to ring all over their sales floor and he stayed with me through the whole experience. I'm so happy that I got the ring of my dreams here and can't wait until I'm ready to buy my next big piece of jewelry cause I know where I'll be going!
