    Fried chicken sandwich.
    Stephanie C.

I was pleasantly surprised by the food at Three10, as I wasn't expecting much since we were in an arcade. The nachos were decent, the pizza was okay (would not recommend), but the best thing was the fried chicken sandwich. It was a shocker as sometimes fried chicken breasts tend to be dry and shrivelled in a lot of sandwiches, however the chicken "patty" was huge, juicy, and well seasoned. The accompaniments were fresh and crisp, the bun was light and not too dense, and the fries were super crispy and also well seasoned. It was surprisingly one of the best fried chicken sandwiches I've had, and it comes regular and spicy, both are great choices. There was a sign up front saying they were understaffed and service may be slow. However the service was extremely slow... we waited a long time for someone to seat us, for orders to be taken, for food to come, and for the bill to be paid. Each time we've been it's mostly empty, and there are staff available. A convenient place to take a break from REC Room activities to grab a bite and a drink, but expect to be there a while as service is lacking.

I visited here on a weeknight with a friend for some late night bites. The food was practically standard pub fare but was done well, presented in a somewhat classier and modern environment and served its purpose. The server was friendly and prompt and we had no complaints with her. We ordered the crispy chicken bites and the loaded nachos. The chicken bites were delicious and the nachos were what you would expect. Nothing overly fancy, but not lacking either. I will be back again.

The restaurant is located inside the Rec Room. We were a table of three and we ordered a few things to share. We got the calamari and the crispy chicken bites to share. The crispy chicken bite was a pretty good portion size. The calamari was on the smaller end. I found the food pretty mediocre. They have a happy hour special but unfortunate that is on weekdays only. If you dine in here, you do get 2 hour free parking. Service was ok as well. Nothing to rave about. I do feel like the customer based here are mostly kids party or children diners

We weren't sure what to expect especially because the price was so reasonable. The food was absolutely delicious. Each course was innovative and delicious. The service was fantastic. Finn and our waitress both made it a memorable experience. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and will be back. Highly recommend.

It was full of flavor and wagyu was tender. Great item. Tonnato was also good. Very solid item. I did not have stacciatella. Tapenade was sour side, with strong olive and roasted pepper flavors stand out. Vongole(savory clams, fermented Taragu mares chilli white wine and parsley, squid ink linguine) Highlight! Clam and Vongole sauce were very delicious! Squid ink linguine was also good. It was good to have sauce with bread. Bistecca(Babette steak, Amaro jus, garlic scapes, frisee and hazelnuts) This item was also very delicious. Medium rare steak was tender(a bit chewy) the garlic scapes, hazelnut and frisée combination was excellent. i really enjoyed having together with meat. Overall, I really liked this restaurant. I would like to visit late night next time.

I heard about this place on a podcast (ITM) and wanted to go to a celebratory dinner somewhere new…read more The drive to Blaine was super easy, the location is convenient, and there is ample parking. There is definitely at least one back room, but the main dining room is a bright, airy space that has access to a patio where may even be some live music playing. The tables are gorgeous - all live edge, which might create a bit of an issue if you have short arms and are used to stealing bites across the table, but they are absolutely beautiful and a nice nod to the area. The wine list is extensive and a bit overwhelming, but the service is happy, friendly, and very knowledgeable. In fact, I love when servers don't know, admit it, and find the answer for you - it's humble and shows they really care at getting you what you want. We got the orange wine, which is a new favorite of mine. It's like a rose for reds. Rose:White::Orange:Red. More savory, still light, and best chilled. We had the beet hummus app, which is definitely best eaten with your hands. It's light and delicious. We had the miso black cod, a personal favorite, and the lasagna for dinner and while both were good, the accoutrements with the cod were the true standout. Amazing and I could probably eat two of them. As the restaurant operates on a seasonal menu, we had a strawberry rhubarb cobbler for dessert. I know there is Sunday Brunch, and I can't wait to try it. It's not the cheapest, but it's one of the nicer restaurants in Whatcom, and is definitely worth your pennies. Everything about it makes for a truly nice experience, and we'll definitely be back.
