There was no stress there. At the appointment itself, she was so welcoming and kind and had really great conversation skills. As for the waxing itself, Ashley is not afraid, and she knows what she is doing. She made sure my skin was so soft and smooth after the waxing, I was surprised how well and deep she went, considering I hadn't gotten one in a long while. I've had bad experiences at other locations, but this place is my go-to place now. She is gentle, careful, and accurate with her waxing. There is very little pain with waxing here, so you're not going to cry. Overall, great experience, and I'll be coming back again soon.

I was highly recommended to Sam by my daughter. I have never gone to Sam for any services but my daughter had a wonderful experience with Sam having an eyebrow lamination. So needless to say I was excited to see Sam. I drove about over an hour out of my way but boy was I glad. Sam did an amazing job! My eyelash perm came out perfect! Not only was she so professional - it felt great, no discomfort or stinging. Also she was very gentle and friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I get anxiety and she made sure I was at ease. The place is so cute in the cutest charming building on the cutest charming old street. It looks like it must be historical- inside a historical building which had so much character. My treatment went great, best customer care, the interaction was amazing and the ambiance was also great. AND her prices are competitive and she gives really good results. I have had eyelash perms in the past that were a disaster- so I was looking for someone really good hence my driving so far. I would fly to London if I had to just to see Sam. Can't wait to come back! Thank you so so much Sam

I had to ask for a top coat on my nails at the nail salon. Really??? I walked in thinking it was going to be a nice experience, give my kid a nice first experience getting her nails done. Nothing out the norm. They showed no hospitality. No else came in until we were pretty much done so I couldn't understand why she was rushing my daughter so much. As a redhead, it's always a little tricky to figure out what to do with my lashes-- they are light blonde and not super visible, but I didn't want to get black lashes that don't match my hair color or eyebrows. The lash tech, Jen, picked out the perfect colors for me! I love how they look dramatic and visible, but still match my natural hair coloring and complexion. I think they came out super unique and flattering. She was also super gentle; I have sensitive eyes and skin and at one point I asked if she had started yet because I literally could not feel her working, haha. I also give her the introvert seal of approval, she was very friendly and easygoing but it was also just as comfy during the silence; she just let me relax. I also wanted to note that the table she has you lay on is super sturdy; I am plus size and not once did I feel worried about my weight. The massage function and sterile covering were also a nice touch and much appreciated. The interior is also super cute. Overall this place is a hidden gem and I was super satisfied with the quality of service and experience. The technician is super skilled at her craft and made me feel right at home. I will be coming back!
