For removing the mascara, they used a soap that didn't fully clean my eyelashes. Instead of the regular cleansing foam, they brushed my lashes excessively, which irritated the skin around my eyes. Additionally, they didn't separate my bottom lashes with a white patch till I requested to be done, they told me it's not used there because they offer quick service. I wish someone had left a review like this because it's not about the money it's about the time and how they left my eyes irritated after the lift.
