I've gotten my eyebrows done by multiple technicians and the level of satisfaction with my eyebrows is consistent. Merle Norman facials are pretty good too. I got one once, at another Merle Norman location, and my skin glowed. People actually noticed-I was impressed. I've always believed that facials are an unnecessary luxury. And, mind you, this facial was complimentary; I wonder how good the ones you actually pay for are. They recently added hair-cutting services. Haircuts start at $25.

I ended up walking out on the middle of my manicureand ended up walking out. First time in my life I have done this. No friendly greeting or smile. Had a nail tech that must have been weaned on sour lemons. When I noticed her uneven toe nails, dirty toes and him not even painting her full nail I went back in and let them know the situation he said I did cut her nails and I said yes uneven and they kept pressuring me to have her sit down and fix it when I told them I had somewhere to be and my daughter didn't even want to wait anymore, they told me to come back when I could that they'd remember my face instead of just giving me my money back or charging me basically only painting her toes and putting lotion on her legs which I didn't appreciate them trying to act like I was exaggerating. I don't think I'll be going back here.
