I was surprised to be told I would need to pay for a full service again ($45), especially considering I had just spent around $90 two days ago. This was disappointing, as I was simply hoping for a minor correction rather than a completely new service. I've always supported your business and recommended it often, which is why this experience was upsetting. She ended up doing my nails then my hot wax treatment, it ended up messing up the polish and she had to do it again. In total she re did my nails 3 times and unfortunately I chose red polish so the skin on my toes were red by the time I left.
