Absolutely fabulous. From the first call to schedule an appointment, to the services performed...everything was stellar. I have already told multiple people about this awesome find! The location is easy to find right in Los Fresnos. They offer waxing, threading, manicures, pedicures and more! Love the fact that they take appointments for the manis and pedis. Threading they do not, but there wasn't much of a wait while I was there...maybe 15 to 20 minutes at max. They are open Monday through Saturday! Definitely give them a call. read more

Olga was my nail tech she didn't know what she was doing she barely had any nail art experience, dip powder sucked she didn't know how to apply I asked for square shape she gave me a flare nail shape , she kept drilling into my skin which caused me to bleed on 3 of my fingers and they ache so bad I don't recommend Olga but some other nail technicians that work there are perfect for no art and nails in general The picture posted on this review I had put on baby oil on all of my cuticles because they were dried and cut up from the drilling. read more

Was very impressed with my nails! Absolutely loved them. The service was pretty good, especially by Yahaira. The wait was a little longer than I had hoped, but we were walk-in customers, so that is to be expected. They were playing tv in the background, so that's always entertaining. Prices are extremely fair and the ladies working all seemed to be very talented. There was one lady who wasn't the nicest, but we weren't being directly served by her. They also have eyebrow threading, which my friend got. Very good prices and awesome results. Would definitely recommend and will be returning. 4 stars! read more

These ladies do AWESOME work!!! The shop is new, fairly small and super clean. I've been here multiple times now and all four ladies I have dealt with - Norma, Audrey, Judy and Iris - were really careful and precise in their work and my manicures and pedicures lasted way longer than normal. Nice place for a pedicure and manicure. Ladies very nice, and hope to go there again if in the area. My only complaint is when you have customers that don't speak Spanish they should not have their tv station on a Spanish. Paid $25 for a manicure that looks like it was done by my 6 year old niece. The girl was very inexperienced or at least seemed that way.

I went to nail works because of the reviews. I was completely disappointed in OLGA who did my nails. I should of known she wasn't going to be good when she had to ask the other nail techniques to help her.. I told her if she couldn't do what I wanted I could pick another design or do what she was able to do.I should of saw the review someone else left about her. I recommend going to anyone else but her. I got my nails done on Friday by Monday one nail fell off by Friday ALL MY NAILS FELL OFF. I work out of town and don't live in the state. I was traveling for work and had event to go to that week. I was so upset because I just needed my nails to stay on. The worst part is when I called her to let her know she got upset and said she had a 3 day policy. Which she failed to mention.. I said 3 days that says something of the quality of your work.. Not even a week.. wow.. I have never in my life been to any nail salons with a 3 day policy.. I explained that I was out of town in Austin. I wouldn't be back for a while she argued with me about a refund which is poor customer service,offered me 1/2 of what I paid and said I needed to come back to get the refund. I didn't understand why if I was giving her MY card information or venmo or anything why she couldn't just refund me. I wasn't able to return. So I lost out of my Refund. Please to the owner of this establishment get rid of Olga. She will be the downfall of your business.. There are other nail techs that do a great job. This is the best place for a gel manicure hands down. I called on a Monday morning to see of they had availibilty. She said to come right in. I did and she spent a couple of minutes evaluating my nail. Iris is extremely professional and is very nice. She let me know about the deals for November and I chose a gel manicure, so the price was great. She took her time and gave me a pretty perfect manicure. I took an extremely focused photo 5 days out and it was still so pretty. I visit the RGV a few times a year from the east coast, but I will most definitely be stopping in every time. read more

The best nail salon I have ever been to. Choose this salon blindly for my wedding nails and could not be happier. Worked meticulously and paid attention to every detail. Judy was not rough and made sure my set was on correctly. Did not rush even though there were plenty of people waiting. Gave great suggestions when I was unsure of what I wanted. I drove 20 miles to Harlingen every 2 weeks for 6 years to get fills and a pedicure. When the shop closed and the owners moved back to Houston, I was desolate. THEN I FOUND NAILWORKS. (Actually, three people at my bank referred me to them)They are right around the corner from the house and they do such a good job. I see young people and not-so-young people getting their nails done here. I still have the basic fills but Norma and her staff also do the new products and they are also talented with custom nail designs. They are also fanatical about cleanliness. Wow. I could have saved 6000 miles of gas money and wear and tear on my car (which is one of those that gets about 12 mpg) if I had only discovered NailWorks earlier.
