That said, I've had multiple pharmacy mistakes that are hard to overlook. On two separate occasions, prescriptions that were called in for me were filled incorrectly. And on another visit, I was handed a prescription that wasn't even mine -- it had someone else's name on it, not mine. I know mistakes happen, but when it comes to prescriptions, accuracy is everything. I'm sharing this so others will double-check their meds before leaving the counter, and I really hope the pharmacy tightens up their verification process because the people and the store itself are great.
