Very very rare I give a one. Bathroom. Pics would be kind of creepy. The accessible stall was out of order. It happens. But, there was toilet paper all over the floor and I mean all over. Two empty water bottles added to the mess. There was a layer of dust on just about every surface in there. To top it off, the sink was filthy. That itself rated a one but wait, there's more. There were approximately eight people in line to check out with two cashiers. No problem right, wrong. One of the cashiers was having a leisurely conversation while one cashier was trying to keep up. Propje were mad and rightly so. Some even said something and the cashier didn't care. I am not recommending any other gas station but there are three others at the exit. I will not come to this Thorton ever again. read more

Easy access, good variety of snacks , chewy nugget ice but more important is clean store, clean gas station lanes and friendly staff. Not a WaWa experience but one of the better brands in the area without question. read more

This is a perfect much needed addition to the South Nashville area. This new gas station has started a much needed gas price competition in this immediate area, which is been a long time coming. This station is clean, well lighted, and perfectly designed. They have a great selection of warm food, cold sandwiches and a huge variety of drinks. The staff was very friendly and greeted each customer. I signed up for the rewards program so .03 off at the pump is also a great addition. read more

Thorntons - Store Front - Gas Stations Near Me - Antioch, Tennessee

My recent visit to Thorntons Store #617 at around 10:16pm on July 31th, 2023 was extremely disappointing and disheartening. The employee I encountered was not only disrespectful but also laughed at me when I tried to address their rude behavior towards customers.When I asked to speak to the manager and requested corporate information to report the incident, the general manager's response was shocking. Instead of addressing the issue, she threatened to call the police unless I left the store immediately. I simply wanted her name so I could inform corporate about her behavior, but she refused to listen and called the cops on me.Her accusation that I was being condescending was completely unfounded and further added to the distress of the situation. The lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by both the employee and the general manager was deeply disappointing.I hope Thorntons takes swift action to address this matter, as it reflects poorly on their customer service and overall reputation. The first employee I encountered who was disrespectful is a 19 year old male with long hair and a mustache, and the general manager who made the situation worse than what it needed to be has red short hair shaved on the right side she also wore glasses and had tattoos. I have never encountered such disrespect and humiliation truckers beware stay clear of this place. read more

I saw a post of ppl cleaning their dirty needles in the rest room toilet paper and today that is what I run into ‍ after seeing that post on Facebook years ago I've always used the covers for the seats and checked my toilet paper before using! And that is why I always have my own toilet paper ‍ not adding the fact when you walk in the bathroom the light is blue almost blinding im guessing easier to find veins go into the other toilet and their was literally piss and shit on the seat and there wasn't a men's rest room either for my bf. I come out and the staff is looking at me crazy because I'm guessing I had my bf come bring me my own toilet paper because they have blood filled toilet paper in the rest rooms and it was completely disgusting read more

Be prepared for horrible, loud music...people didn't seem to be happy, and that includes both employees and patrons.

Their pumps will literally stop every 1.5!seconds while you are trying to full your tank. Super annoying.

Diesel price is pretty good, at least it is today. They really need to do something about the trucker side though. Drivers parking all over the place, along the yellow pull up line at fuel island, all around the scale, and completely blocking/parked in the area that's supposed to be considered the "travel" lane so you can swing around to the pumps. Can't even use the scale because people got it blocked. The grounds are a bit on the messy side around diesel pumps but I've seen worse. Employees are pretty nice. It's nice to see Thorntons popping up in the southern states. Would have given 5 stars but the parking lot issues with drivers carelessly parked all over, come on management..... I'll return at a later date, good prices and friendly faces, hopefully it will be during daytime to avoid the night time mess of drivers parking. read more

Very good location nice facilities. Here comes the but. If you buy fuel the pump will say recipes will print at the pump. Not true the employs are to lazy to put paper in the pumps and then when you go to get you recipes you have to stand in line for ever while they want on others YES I DO . And ther is always only one person who is working the morning with its busy have more but have run out of time... read more

Anyone using credit cards here, please check your statements. Especially if you've been there in the evening hours. Certain employees in the morning hours like to steal cash from the customers....especially the ones who don't know English very well.....she's bragged that she goes home daily with $100-200 in cash. Most of the employees have a very ghetto mentality. They're very lazy and have such an ugly attitude towards customers. I truly feel bad for the GM, but she allows this to continue. I come 3x a week, and I know if I want breakfast I should not come here. On several occasions it's the same lady in the food area, who handles the breakfast. But this past week, made me need to write this review. The kitchen lady was holding up the line of people waiting for the breakfast, as always, and the cashier asked if she needed assistance. Yet the lady didn't even seem to care, so the cashier went herself to bring out the tray. Now the cashier was being a team player, but we all can agree that no one should have to do someone's job just because they don't feel like working. For weeks now, I've seen her just unhappy and not motivated to help her coworkers with simply doing her own job. My advice to management: If you have 1 bad apple as an employee, remember that 1 bad apple can rotten your other good apples of employees. read more

I visited the store this morning like i do 3 or 4 times a week. This morning a second small line of two people had formed and the second cashier had started waiting on them. I noticed and got in the shorter line. As she finished waiting on the customer in front of me she pointed to the other line and said for me to go there cause there was no second line. There had been i said in front of me. She said youll have to wait in that line. So i did a hour later i called to voice my concern to the manager on duty and said sorry we only have one line in our store. I told her there was two customers in front of me that got served in front of me. Then i was told to move to the long line. I told her i wouldnt be back. She said sorry to hear that. If you didnt want to wait on people in a second line you shouldnt have started with the first two. Id say it had something to do with me being white and the previous two being minorities. Thats cool Ill spend my money where white people arent looked at no differently that minorities. read more
