I thought the quote was reasonable and scheduled him to come back the following week. He and one of his guys arrived on time (9am) and completed the work by 11:15a. He replaced 2 duct runs and repaired a third. He hauled away all the damaged ducts and cleaned up the area when he left. All in all, everything went smoothly.
