After running diagnostics, tech (walter) quoted work to be done at $140. In a normal shop, the diagnostics fee would be waived when the work is done there or so I thought. So I okay the $140 work to be done. When I went to pick up the car, my total was $240 because I was still being charged the diagnostics fee. So okay, charge to experience. Mistake number 2-hoping to get a better experience and supporting local business (yeah right). I bring in another vehicle. Receptionist prints on the deposit receipt (now they call it deposit instead of diagnostics fee) the TWO PROBLEMS that need to be worked on. Tech quotes the work for $240 and PLUS, of course, the diagnostics fee for a total of $340. When I went to pick up vehicle number 2, only ONE PROBLEM was done because, according to receptionist ma elena, tech walter did not see the other problem on THIER VERY OWN PAPERWORK. They wanted me to bring back the vehicle, they will work on it BUT I HAVE PAY A THIRD TIME even if it was THEIR MISTAKE, and this time, they also charged me sales tax while the first one, there was none (got lucky maybe because I was complaining so much they forgot). Told them, I will ask my lawyer to look at it and we will see them in court. Pls. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.........

The lug nuts of our rear passenger wheel snapped off and our tires nearly fell off completely. De Leon answered the call, and rescued us from the middle of nowhere. It was late in the day, and all the mechanic shops were closed, so Jaime offered to take us to his shop and do the repair himself. He did great work at a reasonable price. We're so thankful he was able to do that because we got back on the road and finished our trip with very little delay. We reached our destination safe and sound thanks to De Leon Auto. In addition, they came and took the blown out tires with the rims to their shop, replaced the tires and then returned to the car and put the new tires on. Jose was very polite, professional and fast.
