Quality Restoration - AFTER - exterior of 2024 patio door with rebuilt wall above and around it

    Quality Restoration

I called Quality Restoration and they were there so quickly and started immediately to dry up the property, remove all of the kitchen appliances and check the walls. Lem was great in helping me deal with the insurance company that, of course, wanted to downgrade how much they reimbursed me. Quality Restoration then did all the repairs and got things back in shape. They did a great job! Hats off to Lem and his wife Kristi for all their help!

Lem, the owner, came out to my house promptly to view the water damage from a leaky shower pan. He was very professional, friendly and most of all honest. He explained what the process would be like and gave me realistic expectations on time and cost. Lem did not pressure me into a decision or make me feel like I had to make a decision on the spot. I agreed to their offer and the work began very quickly. All of the workers were very professional, courteous and friendly. Pete in particular was an incredible asset to the whole experience, he was very helpful in explaining each step of the process. Any question or concern I had, Pete would immediately respond to texts or calls. When I asked about adding a bench to the shower rebuild, using tile, I was surprised to hear Pete say they would include it at no extra cost. This was the type of care and attention I got throughout the whole project. They even repainted large portions of our bathroom to match existing paint. I cannot recommend Quality Restoration enough! I would trust them with any project, big or small, for any one of my family members. 40+ years of experience really shows, give them a call for any fire, water, wind damage etc. You will be in good hands.

Working with this company has been extremely disappointing and I cannot recommend anyone use them…read more On July 3, a monsoon storm caused damage to my property, which resulted in water leaking through the roof. Arizona Restoration Pros did good work with the mitigation, and they were able to come out on a holiday and get the fans put in to dry the water damage. The workers were professional, however, they did a poor job taping up plastic barriers, which caused damage to my paint in my kitchen. The employee who put up the plastic told me he didn't have the proper materials for the plastic barrier because it was a holiday and he assured me the company would fix the damage they caused to the paint. Approximately two weeks passed before I heard from the restoration manager, who did come out to the property to assess the damage and made a quote based on photos. This resulted in incomplete paperwork being sent to my insurance company. At no point did they provide clear updates or realistic expectations. Communication was consistently poor, and when we did finally hear back, the responses were vague and unhelpful. It is now September 25, nearly three months after the incident. I spoke with Paul, who took over the personnel had been the restoration manager. Paul said he had taken over for "multiple people" which led me to believe the company is disorganized and either fired many employees or had many quit. Paul told me today that they cannot schedule my repairs for six months. How they did not know they were booked out that far is beyond me. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a frustrating experience due to their lack of professionalism and accountability. If meeting deadlines and having reliable communication are important to you, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

We hired them to rebuild 2 bathrooms and an HVAC closet after a flood and water mitigation. From the time I gave them the initial 50% down to when they were finished was 4+ months. All together about 110 sq ft of room space. It was one month from that initial payment when they actually started work. During that time they paraded 4 different contractors through the house to get a quote for them to do the work. Before starting work the owner emailed me and informed me that my materials budget for tile was $1.25 per sq ft and that our budget for two vanity replacements was $1000 combined. "We have clarity," he said. This seemed very, very low given that the overall budget for everything was $30k so I got with my insurance to break down the actual material costs from the estimate. Turns out that we had a budget of $5.47 for floor tile and $6.82 for shower tiles. The overall material budget for the vanities was actually $2186 ($202.45 per linear foot @ 10.8 feet total). I have emails from both the owner and insurance and the .esx estimate file that backs this all up. Once actually started it was mostly 1 person and he rarely worked a full week. At the end of the day they only spent about 260 hours in the house over the 10+ weeks. This could have been accomplished in 5-6 weeks working a normal 40 hours. Because of the materials budget thing I tracked every second they were in the house which was a chore but I felt it was necessary so I had ammunition if they were to try and collect "labor overages" in the end. When we were wrapping up they tried to make me sign a "non disparagement agreement" which they tried to claim was necessary to close out the project. Again, I do not recommend them. Stay away.
