There was…read moreone employee working the register and she did a great job while the other employee walked around the store without a smile or personality. finally the employee who was walking the store came and opened a register and it was just my luck shenwaited.on me. While the advertised sale was a BOGO it didn't work for the shoes I purchased for my granddaughters for school. Eventhough they were almost the exact same pair of Adidas. She had a flat personality wasn't helpful in any way. Too bad it's becoming the norm for retail workers to not try any longer. The shoes were not a good value because I could have ordered from adidas.com and at least got reward points or potential found the same thing on SALE, A SALE that would have actually been REAL instead of a farce to lure you into the store. I did buy the shoes because the girls loved them and I didn't want to break their hearts. Next time I won't suggest to them that we shop famous footwear.

If you hit the buy one get one half sales you can really save. As long as you could use two pairs of shoes. I get most of my kids' shoes here. I can typically find their size in most styles. I have good luck buying work shoes here. I wear black flat sole dress shoes. It can be hard to find comfortable ones but I can usually find something here. I used to shop at the location on University Ave by Kohls but this will probably be my main location since it's so close to work. It is smaller than the University Ave location but there is still ample selection and sizes of shoes. I've been here twice before posting my review and both times have gotten good service from associates.

When my parents came to visit recently, we stopped by Emerhoff's Footwear to get me a new pair of sneakers (mine had holes in the heels) and also to find a solid pair of shoes for my upcoming internship. The service was amazing--from the wide selection and quality brands to the genuinely helpful staff. I was able to try on a bunch of different sneakers until I found the right pair. Then, when it came to the work shoes, they helped me test out insoles and different fits until we found something that worked perfectly. A special shoutout to Chloe--she went above and beyond. They ordered the work shoes in for me, and instead of making me pay a ridiculous shipping fee to get them to my dorm, Chloe personally delivered them. Amazing service and knowledge of their customer base, I am proud to say that they value quality and service in high regard. Huge thanks to both Chloe and the store owner for the top-notch service, not just during the purchase, but all the way through until the shoes were in my hands. Staff members Amanda and Michael were so impressive, knowledgeable, and friendly. I love their huge selection of shoes, and their pricing is superb. Had a very good experience at kohls tonight. It was tax free weekend and I was dreading shopping…read morebecause I thought it would be mayhem. Kohls had planned and organized well. They had plenty of staff on hand. And for 8 pm at night the store displays looked nice and organized. I was offered help several times. I ended up getting all my kids school clothes. Two pairs of shoes for each kid, underwear, socks, jeans, sweatshirts, pajamas and even a disco light. I had two carts full. Was scared the girl at the register would groan with disgust at all my stuff but she was chipper and enjoyed the challenge. Another employee came over and even helped bag. Another employee went and did a sku check when a shirt was missing a tag. I spent $1100 and had a coupon and a 20% off coupon. So my total was $870. I got $170 in kohls cash to spend next time. I looked into the window though and saw so many unique clothing pieces and decided to pop in! This clothing boutique is definitely filled to the brim with gorgeous and cute everyday to more business/formal wear kind of clothing in addition to wigs and other hair accessories. 75% of the store is clothing though with the back 25% past the fitting rooms reserved for hair goodies. There were so many wonderful pieces that I tried on here. Unfortunately, their sizing only goes up to XL and sometimes only L and I'm right at the edge of that, so some pieces fit, while many I wanted to try on I needed just another size up. Customer service was so lovely. The woman who was running the shop was shuttling clothes that I had pulled off the rack into my fitting room throughout my shop and was just so friendly and exuberant, while also giving me the space to shop and peruse at my own pace. I ended up getting a staple kind of black/gray denim button up shirt that will be great for the fall and spring weather and for layering throughout the colder months! I also got two sweaters that had a fun corgi print on them to gift to my corgi-loving friends! The pricing was reasonable here compared to what I normally associate with boutiques as well (these sweaters/denim jackets all averaged in the $40-50 range), so I really appreciated that. You'll get coupons when you make purchases here as well, so make sure to do that! Really loved this spot!

I go to Charity, who has a chair in the back of the store. She does an awesome job on hair, and shes a delight to talk to. Whenever I go get my hair done I come a little early so I can shop at LBL. :)
