By June, the drivers side pad was completely worn away. I also took my car in because it was overheating. I suspected the thermostat, they said radiator fan. It lasted the weekend while I wasn't in any traffic before overheating again. Took it to someone else who replaced the thermostat, and it's been fine since. I'm just glad that's all they've touched. I can't afford to fix anymore of their mistakes.

In December 2025 the same parts needed to be replaced again. Chris informed me that the parts were warranted for 2 years which made me feel a little better. It wasn't until I called back to discuss some of the details that Chris made me aware that the warrantee was not a Tesla warrantee but was a JCL warrantee! JCL ended up replacing both left and right axle assemblies at no charge to me! Wow.

They provide the carfax in shop, which was nice. I recently was in an accident that left my car totaled that had been in the family and well kept. It was going to provide me value beyond what the compensation is going to be. Since I will be starting medical school this coming August, I was searching for a car that was going to not give me issues and have durability for the PA weather for years to come. That is most certainly what I bought. Included in the price was a limited warranty on all the major parts for four months/6k miles, updated inspection, new front brakes, like new tires, keyless entry, replaced the water pump, among other things. Listening to how he chooses his vehicles and factors he takes into consideration when looking for cars to purchase and revamp gives me a peace of mind that I did not invest in a 'lemon', which is always a worry when purchasing used cars. I would recommend anyone looking for a quality car and true workmanship to Village Center Automotive.
