I was denied a "simple cleaning"as opposed to the more expensive one that I normally received. No ifs ands or buts. I'm now having to see a different dentist to get my cleaning and to fix the implants that Dr Berry placed as well as a chipped tooth that he repaired. I did reach out to the office through a lengthy letter explaining my situation but to this day I've heard nothing. This shows that the patient isn't important. Because I do work 2 jobs, and that is what I told Ms. Andrea, I had not had the opportunity to finish because my insurance card was at my home which is an hour and 15 minutes away from my jobs and I typically don't go home until the weekend, and that I insured her that I was going to get to it prior to me coming to my appointment. I was rudely told that I needed to be sure I did so. Not a good look. The only reason I didn't cancel my appointment, is because I had not had an opportunity to get my yearly check up in since 2020. I have yet to be seen as of yet for I was an hour early to my appointment. Be back to finish this review.. I was called back by Ms. Carroll and she was a joy, and so was Ms. Kim and Ms. Sabrina. They were the saving graces to this place. They were simply amazing. I just may give this place another chance after all. And it was my pleasure to have met Dr. Moore. She came in and the whole team in the back have me squared away to come back. More to come. I wish I could give more stars but first impressions are everything. Hopefully it will be better next time.

Since moving to the East side of the city, I have been putting off finding a dentist and honestly only discovered ENF out of necessity and panic due to a broken crown. But what was a not so great moment turned into a great find and a new dentist! And oddly enough, they are located right beside my PT office, so it seems like a weird destiny based thing...and all it took was my 20+ year old crown to break on a turkey meatball on a Thursday afternoon. I am super thankful for the staff and Doctors here! I called at 12pm on a Thursday afternoon looking for a dentist to help with a cracked crown. I was not expecting much as I would be a new patient, so I knew there would be a process of getting in. I had a trip in a few days and would be away for over a week, so I was really hoping for immediate help, but was also ready to cancel my trip if needed. Well, the team at ENF got me in within 2 hours and had a temporary crown in place within 3.5 hours of my initial call. INSANE! Not only did they squeeze me in as a new patient, they were PHENOMENAL from the phone call to check-in to services performed to check out and beyond. Legit the most helpful, kind and friendly group of folks I have ever encountered at a dental office. I now have a follow up for my permanent, and have established the ENF team as my go-to dental spot moving forward. Overall, never thought I would be excited about having a Dentist again...but here I am!
