Since moving to the East side of the city, I have been putting off finding a dentist and honestly only discovered ENF out of necessity and panic due to a broken crown. But what was a not so great moment turned into a great find and a new dentist! And oddly enough, they are located right beside my PT office, so it seems like a weird destiny based thing...and all it took was my 20+ year old crown to break on a turkey meatball on a Thursday afternoon. I am super thankful for the staff and Doctors here! I called at 12pm on a Thursday afternoon looking for a dentist to help with a cracked crown. I was not expecting much as I would be a new patient, so I knew there would be a process of getting in. I had a trip in a few days and would be away for over a week, so I was really hoping for immediate help, but was also ready to cancel my trip if needed. Well, the team at ENF got me in within 2 hours and had a temporary crown in place within 3.5 hours of my initial call. INSANE! Not only did they squeeze me in as a new patient, they were PHENOMENAL from the phone call to check-in to services performed to check out and beyond. Legit the most helpful, kind and friendly group of folks I have ever encountered at a dental office. I now have a follow up for my permanent, and have established the ENF team as my go-to dental spot moving forward. Overall, never thought I would be excited about having a Dentist again...but here I am!

The location is in East Nashville and is convenient, always clean and welcoming environment even they have free WiFIi. They work with many insurance companies and they can help you to budget your services you just need to talk to them and explain the situation. They even have a cancelation list if you need an appoint sooner for the type of care you need. I was rudely told that I needed to be sure I did so. Not a good look. The only reason I didn't cancel my appointment, is because I had not had an opportunity to get my yearly check up in since 2020. I have yet to be seen as of yet for I was an hour early to my appointment. Be back to finish this review.. I was called back by Ms. Carroll and she was a joy, and so was Ms. Kim and Ms. Sabrina. They were the saving graces to this place. They were simply amazing. I just may give this place another chance after all. And it was my pleasure to have met Dr. Moore. Overall, the office staff was friendly, and the care I received was fine. I had a cleaning and a…read moremolar crown put in. The cleaning was as good as anywhere else. The crown was okay. Not super thrilled with the quality (after a few months, it still doesn't feel "natural" like some of the better crowns I've had), but functionally it gets the job done. My big gripe here is with their billing and their inability or willingness to hold themselves accountable for unacceptable billing practices. They gave me a "good faith estimate" on my crown that I paid up front, having already had all of my insurance information, but apparently quoted me as though I were in-network when they knew I was not (their words). I agreed to the work thinking it would cost around $900. (Paid in advance of service.) A few weeks after my crown, I got a bill for over $800. Turns out I was NOT in-network. When I discovered this and confronted the office manager with the information, I just received excuses: "it's not our fault you didn't know you were out-of-network", "we only gave you an estimate", "we made no mistakes", etc. Clearly mistakes were made. I was billed nearly double what they said it would cost when I agreed to the service and they refused to take any accountability. I would obviously have shopped around before agreeing to almost double that initial quote if I had known in advance it would be that expensive. After my initial discussion with the office manager, I was told she would call back about my proposed resolution. I've called back twice since, and have not been able to get ahold of her. This has ultimately led to me filing a complaint with the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance. Will update this review with a resolution.

From the moment I walked in, the front desk person was super helpful and very cheerful. I didn't have to wait long at all. I'm just sad I can't remember everyone's names. The hygienist was so very nice and really made me feel comfortable. I shake a little and she didn't make me feel weird about it at all. She had great conversations, which took my mind off being nervous and it helped so much. Also she was super knowledgeable and explained everything each step of the way in depth. I also really loved the doctor. He Just had an ease about him and explained everything with no judgement. And Answered all my questions. I even thought the girls as I was checking out were super friendly and seemed actually happy to be at their job. Nowadays that's very rare. Again overall awesome experience. They couldn't color match my crowns + took so long to do so that my teeth shifted and gaps came back after 5 years of braces because I couldn't wear my retainer during what ended up being a 2 month process. There was one point I was in every other week for 3 months because they seemed to never get it right the first time. A retainer that doesn't fit. Crown that chipped off. Crown that wasn't the right color, twice. Bonding that wouldn't hold. And treating me for apparent gum disease that my new dentist said isn't there at all. Awesome! Big waste of time and way too much money spent to have to go somewhere and have everything redone. I'd give this place 0 starts if I could.

I loved that Dr. Sigur greeted me prior to my exam. She explained my exam options (with the ability to decline or reschedule if I needed to) and if I had any concerns with the appearance of my smile or any issues with the health of my teeth. Dr. Sigur was so nice, and I could tell she really valued and cared about her patients. The cleaning and examination was very thorough, and I noticed they performed additional heath screening tests that were never done at my previous dentist. Which is a huge Plus! At the end of the examination, Dr. Sigur informed me of my test results and answered all my questions and concerns. There were no surprise findings or pressure to be sold on any cosmetic procedures for both my husband and I. We were both very happy with our experience at west Meade Dental. I recommend Dr. Sigur, and my husband and I both will definitely be returning for our next appointment. Highly Recommend!
