would you like to be treated like you don't matter? look no further than Woodlands Wellness…read more Imagine scheduling an appointment with your doctor's office, only to show up at the scheduled time to find the office is closed? Woodlands Wellness charges its patients for no-shows. How much do I get when you don't show? Or how about paying for lots of lab work but never getting the lab results back or having any follow-up with the doctor? What's the no-show refund for that? Or how about being told multiple times that the reason you're not getting information from the doctor is that they have your email address entered into the system incorrectly, and yet when you give them the correct email address you still don't get any information because it's still "entered in the system incorrectly"? This is a really expensive clinic that does not take insurance, but don't worry. They make up for it by being disorganized and unprofessional. Hey, Dr. Davis, I'm sure you have plenty of other patients. Don't worry about losing me or my wife.

Positive: clean office, friendly staff…read more Negative: 1. Far too expensive for thyroid care. Initial visit for bloodwork only $322. $0 covered by my BCBS Insurance. Follow-up visit, to discuss bloodwork results, additional $100. 2. Willingness to work with patient. After requesting a letter of medical necessity, required for my health savings account the response was, "Yeahhh, we don't do that. If you want a copy of your medical records that's $25." 3. Quality of Care. During review of my bloodwork I had to explain importance of being in the "optimal range" versus the "normal range". (This was explained to me at the League City location which is now closed)

All they did were look at my labs (you can't diagnose Peri from labs) and try to sell me B12 shots and testosterone injections for around $300 a month. I'm a teacher. I just wanted to have a better quality of life and get rid of my joint and muscle pain and extreme fatigue and brain fog, not be sold a product and then have to take off work twice a week to drive there to get the injections they wanted me to get. Dr who took us in checked her breathing and said something about a murmur casually as if jt was normal, then moved on, didn't bother to continue the topic or discuss more about the situation. So for 2 days after my daughter went to this urgent care she was still having fevers Tylenol was helping but for a limited of time. As a mother I was stressed and worried and didn't know what to do and left this place with even more questions! Would never come here again!!

1 Star - Extremely Frustrating Lack of Communication…read more Our experience with Rayford Modern Dentistry in Spring, Texas has become incredibly frustrating, not because of the amount of money involved, but because of the complete lack of communication regarding a refund we are owed. We were informed that our refund of approximately $280 was submitted for processing on June 11, 2026. We later spoke with Bill, who told us the refund check had been processed and would be mailed. It is now August 22, 2026 -- more than two months later -- and we still have not received the refund. More frustrating is the lack of communication. We have attempted to resolve this directly with the office, including communicating with Bill and Roxana and following up by phone, yet the matter remains unresolved. No check. No email. No letter. No returned phone call explaining what happened. No meaningful update. At this point, it isn't even about $280. It's about basic customer service and accountability. If there is a legitimate problem processing a refund, communicate that to the patient. Don't tell someone a check has been processed and mailed and then leave them chasing the office for months trying to figure out what happened. We have now had to escalate the matter beyond the local office and contact the practice owner and PDS Health leadership simply to try to get an answer about a relatively straightforward refund. We have given the office numerous opportunities to resolve this privately and professionally. Unfortunately, the continued lack of communication has left us extremely disappointed. I will gladly update this review if Rayford Modern Dentistry resolves the issue and provides an explanation for what happened. Until then, based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office when it comes to billing/refund issues and communication.
