My first appointment was amazing!! Again the front desk was so pleasant and friendly, it's a rarity these days!!! Dr. Branca was attentive and very knowledgeable. She has a great personality and talked me through the whole exam. I was able to pick out glasses in the office. The office provides a variety of options of frames to purchase. I forgot the lovely girls name ( I remember she is a Virgo lol) but she helped me choose my frames! There was no pressure on choosing frames. THERE ARE CUTE BUDGET FRIENDLY FRAMES!!!! Her replacement is out sick and would probably be out all week. They told me to take my broken glasses and call back in a week. I ask if they could please take my name and number and the glasses and call me when someone is able to look ay them. I explained that this would at the very least save me the trip in. Absolutely not and they sent me on my way. If you don't want to see then this is the place for you.
