When we returned for mom's extraction, our questions were waved away and told "...it won't happen." My mother is a disabled senior citizen and I carefully informed them of her low tolerance to pain and high tolerance to pain meds. I chose to get lunch while she was having the procedure done out of consideration for her inability to eat afterward. They were done before I could finish lunch...and when I picked her up she was in so much pain she refused to talk about the details until the next day. "Dr" Longwe was brutal with the needle, jabbing her repeatedly, rushing to numb her and not waiting for anything to take effect. Instead of injecting some anesthetic and working it around, then gently releasing more, he savagely shoved the needle to the bone, removed it and jabbed again. Mom's eyes are black and swollen almost shut and her face looks deformed and is black and blue. She actually asked him if he was really a vet, used to working on only animals that can't complain. In my opinion, senior abuse was visited upon my mother and truthfully, I believe she was assaulted and there should be charges brought against this man for what he has done to my mother. She suggested I was supposed to be the one to ask, when in fact, it is the duty and responsibility of the office staff and personnel to keep the patient informed and in the loop. This practice has held my money hostage for almost an entire year after promising "this will be resolved by the end of the month" since OCTOBER. This is insurance fraud. Definitely call your insurance company and double check their work, they are either incompetent or knowingly committing insurance fraud at the expense of their patients.

If you dispute your bill and take them to court, the local judge will throw out most of your testimony unless you have an oral surgeon as your expert witness appear with you in court. This place pulled my #2 tooth on Nov 9, 2021. The charge far exceeded what my dental insurance covered. My out of pocket expenses were over $2500. Read the fine print. Closely. Very closely.

I was told the exact cost of services before and after insurance, was show with mirrors where the problem areas were and they even encouraged me to get a second opinion. They also emailed my xrays to my holistic dentist for me and gave me a copy for my records along with the itemized estimate for recommended work. I did have a small issue with on of the call staff members whilst making my new patient appointment, but the issue was quickly address the next day after a review of the call and an apology from the staff.
