I was having pain in my jaw. Dr. Torrey looked at me and I ended up getting a filling done. I went home continued to experience pain called the office and then was referred to an endodontist. The office did not even see me or re-examine me. I ended up getting a root canal. After the root canal I still experienced pain. It was not until I moved and went to another dentist that spent good quality time with me that I was diagnosed with TMJ. I also have been informed that when dentist refer people to an endodontist they often get a "reward." Save yourself some time and money seek a dentist out who cares about their patients and is not in the business just to make money.

If they can't manage to do something as simple as canceling an appointment, I definitely wouldn't allow them to "practice" their dentistry on me.
