Customer service was absolutely fantastic and Tyler W. was accommodating and gave us clear explanations as to what was wrong. We received a text message with a picture of the employees so we knew who to expect and what they looked like. Arlinghaus has to send another worker out to discuss prices on a new furnace. Tyler was able to get our furnace working temporarily as we look into buying a new furnace. It cost $89 for him to come out and diagnose the problem. They will remove this from any extra work they may need to do. Unfortunately, in the end we could not afford even the lowest option they had for a furnace. They use a top furnace line brand and are more expensive then the national average. This was the only draw back for me that it was to expensive and I did not want to enter into a loan for a $7,000 furnace when the average homeowners pay is $3100. Regardless, they were transparent and did not pressure me into anything we didn't want to do. I highly recommend Arlinghaus for their professionalism and honesty with their customers.

The gentleman quoted me $1,695 in labor, as all the parts would be reused just refitted. I left work early, drove down there, disassembled, cleaned, and refitted them myself in 45 minutes. They hired kids for the most part, then had my home at their mercy and when i let them know the workers tried to get business from us outside of what we hired the company for, and that equipment was still here.. they showed to take pictures (likely for an insurance claim on the materials) then they left it' all here, including the mess from the damage they made, and all i wanted was it finished.. so they smiled and said they'd get right back to us, and that was that. Unlike them, I'm not in the habit of saying things im not able and willing to back up with more than my mouth and welcome any resolution.
