My system worked well for many years, but about five years ago, it started struggling. At my service calls, I was told that I had water pressure issues, or issues with tree roots... but nothing was ever changed or fixed. Well... today the serviceman actually adjusted my water pressure, and low and behold my system works better than it has in YEARS. Very pleased.

Earlier this year Conserva was hired to manage the irrigation system of my 600 unit townhome community. They were the lowest cost provider and their schizophrenic performance to date vividly illustrates the concept of false economy. You would think they were charged with managing the Hoover Dam... I wouldn't let them open a fire hydrant within two thousand feet of my home. System knowledge is nowhere to be found as trial and error, Ouija board troubleshooting has yielded burnt grass and a tsunami of absurd excuses. And of course the people who made this decision feign ignorance and point fingers in every direction but their own. One star for their endless stream of professional fecklessness and what has morphed into an amusing farce. I think I'll try a rain dance, some cloud seeding or just take a swan dive off the Hoover Dam. Look out below. Conserva is all wet.

I asked him to raise one sprinkler (to screw in one 1ft piece of plastic pipe - $45 part (on top of time) Then he found pop-ups possibly leaking. $49 to replace, again, part cost only on top of labor. I asked him to use my (brand new parts) (these are the same model, sold by Lowers for less than $15/each - No, we can't use them guarantee them (i.e., don't dare to eat into my profits!!!) I said, "Fine, let's ignore that head and move to the backyard for a more serious issue. At that point, visually annoyed, he said, "No way. You dare to haggle with me, and I will not continue working here," and angrily stormed away. You can be 100% I will erase this contact and never contact this "business" again.

Since I have them, they only show up to turn the sprinklers on and off. I've had "only" them and my lawn has constantly died due to poor sprinkler types and lack of water getting to certain areas. Sprinkler care and lawn treatment seem to be horrible in Bergen County. You have to receiving a communication from this company is nice to know that they monitor these posts however when you turn a sprinkler system on it is customary to check the sprinklers for proper condition and if if they are doing the proper job not just turn it on and walk away from it. I would not have lost my lawn this year if my sprinkler company had my best interest at heart and checked each sprinkler head and the placement and the coverage they were supplying not just turn the sprinkler on. This past time when I requested that they come out they had to replace several heads and adjust locations that the sprinklers were supplying water to. That tells me that when they came out a few months ago they did just what the woman said was turn the system on and walk away and didn't check anything and for over $100 that's not good service I would hope that they change the way they service my property. It seems that they are very comfortable with a DISGRACEFUL three star rating rather than trying to earn more stars and be more considerate of the customer. Now I look and the three replaced heads are refurbished and not new new heads that I paid over three hundred dollars for. These pictures represent the failure of what I paid for and did not get.
