There is supposed to be an attendant, but the attendant is not always available to constantly deal with the machine. One manager I spoke to, who was running a conventional register, acted put out that I was complaining about this. I've experienced this now several times so if there is long lines at the conventional registers I will just move on out of the store and shop elsewhere. In fact if there are lines at the conventional checkouts when you arrive, my advice is to turn around and head elsewhere.

When I saw this in the distance I asked if we could come here. I have seen videos and stories about how magical one of these places are. I was not disappointed upon entry. What I really liked about this is how the grocery store portion of this place wrapped around other departments. Like it meshes in with the store and doesn't overpower your experience.
