They told me I was 15 minutes late. I know what they told me, I wrote it down and put it in my calendar. A half hour error I don't think so. So then they asked there's a 1:30, could I come back. Is this office staff just stupid! People work. I made another appointment for another day and half way to work I realized they didn't give my my chip back. Probably part my fault, should have asked. So I went back and by this time my day is toast so I asked if the 1:30 was still available. She says that was 1:45 not 1:30. I'm starting to see a common theme here. While I'm waiting a couple of elderly ppl walk in, one support for the other, says we're here for the 2:00. The receptionist says no, that was for 3:00. The lady helping the other says "she's going to run out of oxygen. Hmmmmm. Again, common theme. If you come here take names when you talk to office staff. I like my doctor and the nurse staff very good. Office staff needs a new team.

Receptionist "What exactly do you need" Me I'd like my file and everything in it I asked for to be faxed over last Monday Receptionist "We fax every thing over" Me Well when called they said they received nothing so I'd like copies made of my at home test and everything else in my file please Receptionist But what exactly do you need Me Let's just stop here..... I have a file and I would like that file so I can take it to my primary then have it sent to my new pulmonary Doctor so if you could get me that I can leave and never have to come back Now wonder they need this sign when they treat and play patients like this

I was diagnosed with asthma in 1985 by a different doctor. I was not provided with any treatment…read moreplan. Consequently, I had multiple sinus infections, pneumonia and asthma attacks. In 2003, I was laid up for 2 weeks at home with bronchitis. When I saw a new internist in 2008, he recommended that I see Dr. Jacobson, because of the numerous sinus infections I was continuing to experience. Since I saw Dr. Jacobson he had provided me with the right treatments that let me live a life without concern of asthma and allergies for over 15 years. It has been life changing for me. Under Dr. Jacobson's care I ran 13 marathons and rode my bike hundreds of miles each year. I never experienced any breathing problems. Dr. Jacobson's practice has a boutique feel to it. He takes whatever time is needed to provide a diagnosis and gives me all the time that I need to ask questions. He thinks outside the box, does whatever research is necessary, and develops innovative solutions to help me get well. I am happy they do not have to find a new doctor as they are becoming adults. Dr. A. is an excellent practitioner, she takes time and listens to your concerns. She is great with kids- mine love her! Here is the real value- Dr. Abassi keeps her practice small and manageable. Her staff is well trained and personable. They answer the phone when you call- you will not get an annoying answering machine system, sometimes if her staff is on their lunch break, the Dr. will answer the phone! You will not have to wait for weeks for an available appointment, this makes all the difference!! I cannot recommend this practice more.

It was 9 p.m. on a Sunday, and DuPage Immediate Care was the only place open. I was initially concerned after reading some negative reviews, but due to the severity of my symptoms, I decided to go anyway. I was seen by Dr. Cynthia, who was extremely attentive and thorough. She did her initial observations including listening to my breathing and checking my nose and throat. She then ordered a chest X-ray (without me even asking), which showed she was doing her due diligence. She showed me the images, explained the results clearly, told me what was going on, and prescribed the appropriate medications. I followed her treatment plan and began feeling much better. A few days ago, I developed a worsening and unrelated sinus infection. Because of my positive experience the first time, I returned to DuPage Immediate Care. Once again, Dr. Cynthia was attentive, listened carefully to my symptoms, diagnosed the issue, and prescribed the appropriate medications. She is kind, professional, and genuinely listens to her patients instead of brushing them off like some doctors I've experienced in the past. I truly appreciate this office and Dr. Cynthia and would absolutely recommend them.

This place is scary bad and should be shut down. They have zero clue. Took my 11 year old…read moredaughter here for a strep test and potentially pink eye. After waiting 30+ minutes to get in to see a doctor, we didn't even see a doctor, it was a trainee, and she was misdiagnosed and given medication that the pharmacist when we picked it up told us that doctors don't normally prescribe based on the symptons. After expecting a strep test, they told us that they don't do a rapid test because the ownership somehow doesn't want to purchase rapid tests, but based on their assessment they think it is strep. Long story short, we went to EndeavorHealth Immediate care in Hinsdale the next day and everything we were told and prescribed the night before was incorrect. No strep and no pink eye and the medication she was put on should not have been prescribed. Midwest Express Clinic in Elmhurst is equally as bad. Don't go to these non-hospital affiliated immediate cares...they are always a disaster and misdiagnose.

I was severely injured by a physical therapist at Elmhurst Hospital which resulted in my having to…read morehave a spine surgery. The hospital refused to acknowledge my suffering and pain, loss of quality of life and livelihood that I endured. If the hospital treats a patient of 16 years+ in this manner, imagine if you were a new patient at one of their facilities. in my 65 years this is the worst hospital that treated me as a supposedly valued patient in this manner .
